1 /5 Sweetie Pie: My children are previous patients here we have new private insurance and my daughter has not been here in over a year initially it was a mistake or an accident having an appointment here because I got them mixed up with another Louisville Avenue dentist, but I kept the appointment. I got a call yesterday on April 9 of 2025 asking me to confirm my 1 o’clock appointment For my daughter at that time, I asked if they have any sooner availabilities, they said yes we have a 1045 11 o’clock yesterday morning well around 3:30 yesterday afternoon I Taylor dental confirming the 1045 appointment keep in mind I do not live in Monroe. My daughter stayed out of school I So even though I got a confirmation call yesterday from Taylor dental confirming the 1045 appointment This morning on the Louisville Avenue location they said we do not have a 10 I spoke to the office manager and showed her proof in my phone where I spoke to them twice yesterday she said that I understand what you’re showing me, but I want to bring you here to show you. We don’t have any appointment. She did apologize on the behalf of the customer service department, however She also said that this happens with them all the time this is absolutely unprofessional people take their time off work in school to be here to only get here and be told that there is no appointment I ended up having to wait to the original 1 o’clock appointment and then when I went back for the 1 o’clock appointment it was about 135 when she finally got called back one of the ladies at the front desk seemed frustrated, and when I came back for the second time, I heard her yelling saying something to the effect of I wanted to keep my job today. I’m still here. I took that as her referencing the incident from earlier you guys need to get your stuff together and be on the same page as the customer service department where these mistakes don’t happen.
