It’s very important to me that when I call to make an appointment and I get great customer service from the first impression. When I called I got just that from the person that scheduled me. I made it to my appointment and the office radiated of smiles and made me feel so welcomed. Especially Britney. She was such a joy and talked to me like she had known me forever, very down to earth and so precious. Dr Stephen came in the room with smiles as well. He was awesome. He was ready to tackle a problem my other dentist sent me to a specialist for. The girls at checkout were amazing as well. I highly recommend this dental office.

Stephanie Toney: I had been going to him for years. He made me a partial. It took 4 months to get the partial back. After l received the partial it didnt fit correctly, it had my mouth in pain. On top of that , l prepaid for my partial. They told me 4 months later that l owe $400 plus more because they didnt call the insurance company to check to see how much l would have to pay, they figured out the amount on their own. This was their mistake not mine, l paid the amount l was told. But he wanted me to pay more for a partial that he adjusted 3 times and still didnt work..... l return the partial and they sent me a bill.... l cant use it

Dale Willis: Me and my wife went to this Dentist for a cleaning. Before we made an appointment we verified with this office that they was a part of Humana Advantage health care network which is where we had our coverage and was assured yes. When we arrived for our appointment I again verified with the office that my insurance was accepted to cover my charges and was assured that it was. After our service we received a bill for the full amount of the cleanings and then told that they are not part of the Humana network. I feel very much that I was decieved and actually lied to about my financial responsibility. I would not recommend this Dentist to anyone. If you can’t treat your patience’s honestly then you don’t deserve their business

Joseph Shaw: Dr. Graves and Camy did a EXCEPTIONAL job!!! I had a cavity that needed filling, and while other places were quoting me 500 dollars I luckily managed to stumble upon Dr. Graves and he did it for less than half of that amount, not only did he fill my cavity he noticed that another tooth had an issue and he threw a crown on it for me, I am so thankful for that, you can tell that he truly loves what he does and it’s not all about money to him, he is AWESOME!!!! he is the most affordable dentist I have seen in West Monroe/ Monroe, Louisiana area, I am recommending my family members to Dr. Graves and I will defiantly be seeing him the next time I have a issue with my teeth, THANK YOU Dr Graves!!
