Katie not only made me feel so at home during my appointment. the person before her completely messed up my hair to the point i was in tears, i didn’t want to go out in public. Katie came in and worked her magic. she is the most genuine person and the most understanding. she listens to your request. and for the first time in a salon i didn’t get bored at all. after my appointment i felt so close to Katie after just meeting her. she made sure she fixed my hair along with making it healthy again. she made sure i got products at home that would help make my hair healthy again. i left feeling like myself again and pretty! She def did a life changing thing. and i couldn’t have asked for a better artist to fix my hair. she saved my hair from being completely chopped off!! she’s amazing and i WILLLLLL be going back to see her!
