They ultimately took care of everything and showed they were willing to work with me and earn my business. My rep Thomas Richard was helpful and courteous. Im looking forward to enjoying this truck for as long as I can.

Dee Travis Absolutely absurd that the dealership has fast charging stations that arent accessible. We were told the charging stations didnt work and advised to go across the highway. We didnt believe the salesperson so we parked on grass and tried it anyway, and it worked. Informed the dealership that is was working, the salesperson remove only ONE of the Lincolns. No one should have to go through the hassle of requesting them to move gas parked vehicles for a charging station. Thank God we arrived when the dealership was opened. We went back serval times over the 03/15 weekend and only one charging slot was available. They never moved the other vehicle. However, this is an excellent location on interstate I-49 to charge up.

He went above and beyond to get the perfect truck for me. Ive bought many trucks and this was the BEST experience Ive ever had. They werent pushy and explained everything in a way that made sense. Susan Waters The services I paid for were done well - 5/5 stars for the way my cars look. We got our windows tinted and a truck bed spray liner, both were done very well. The customer service is awful - 1/5. When I dropped our vehicle for window tint, there were 3 employees at the desk, they were all very rude and condescending to me. They almost talked themselves out of the job. I personally will not be going back.

Sophi Guidry This place needs to be shutdown because obviously they don’t want to work. I see why there’s so many negative reviews. My husband called here to have new tires put on his truck and was told oh we’re full and can’t take you. Needless to say he passes by the place on the way to have them put on somewhere else and let’s just say their parking lot and stalls were empty. So I thought you all were booked up and full. I can’t tell if the parking lot is empty. My husband has done business here in the past and guess what will not be back.

I was not over charged like some places do when they see out of state plates. They were honest, extremely competent, and sincere. They even went as far as to pick up my husband and his service dog from the motel and take them to the mechanic shop to get the truck so we could get on with our lives.

BAD There are not true to their word!! I was told it would cost $30 to let me know if I had a battery problem with my truck. The next day they said it would be $85. Perhaps the price went up when they saw the license plates,~ "that I was from California".

We where told to talk to Jeff who they did not know if he was there and we asked to call jeff they gave us a card and said, but he left his cell phone here ,so That might not help. So how do I get A smart person to help me. They all looked dumb founded as if they did not know what they where doing, So we left, we will take our cash and spend it at a place that knows how to properly run a Mechanic business. People Do not waste your time . No one knew there work Assignment, or how to help a customer. The worst customer experence I have ever had.
