1 /5 Tiffany Dupas: They close at 7 I went at 630 as always. I had two nails that needed repairs. These were from her set a week prior to and I had a show I was preforming at. Myself and another young lady pulled up to the building at the same time. She smiled at the young lady and told her you can come in and looked at me dead square and said We’re closed. The young lady looked at me uncomfortably and told her I can come back another time. Shop owner insisted she come in. Against my better judgment and after another shop messed those two nails up I go back another day. Pedicure was filed unevenly which the lady did her best to fix n I’m grateful. My nails however were rushed. One nail is Crooked the others I made up a style as I was going that was very simple! I saw she had gold lines on her own nails so I asked for hot pink and gold lines on some n foil on the other nail. She told me it’s after 8 she didn’t know how to do lines or put the foil on. I was shocked. She had just did the girl before n she put a similar pattern on her nails as well as foil. My nails were half done n u could tell. They are so ugly I left that place completely heartbroken because my nails have always been my thing n I work with my hands at work. She wouldn’t change anything! Even the gold nail that had visible crevices in them. I won’t take away from anybody’s experience but I’ve never been mean to this lady or came across as rude. I tipped every time I went. This would’ve been my third time. Kim or whoever she was never has to worry about seeing me again.

1 /5 Mia Robinson: I got my nails done and the day after I got them done they came off. They didn’t put the nail on my whole finger nail and they were crooked and she didn’t even paint my whole nail on one of them and they didn’t know what they were doing at all and they kept switching the whole time with one another. And I’m not telling my friends to go there and I will never be coming back and I want a refund. The people were very sweet but not a good service. Lol look at me doing a review.

1 /5 Ranelle: Please do not conduct business at this establishment. My niece wanted to get dolled up for Homecoming and received the worst experience ever. The place was not cleaned should have been a sign to leave expeditiously but we were running out of options. The owner was being aggressive and forceful of trying to convince us we needed schellic while I am telling her what I want. Do not try to force me to pay for an option I did not request. We wanted acrylic, but The acrylic was so thin that it looked like inexpensive press on nails. We paid $30 and wish I would have taken our business elsewhere. We went on September 30th (Saturday) and nails were falling off on Oct 1st (Sunday). We went back to get the nails fix and the owner refused to correct the issue. She was unprofessional and denied my niece the opportunity to fix her nails for her homecoming. Now we have to find another place to get her nails done. I truly believe they have incompetent workers there that are not licensed. Please do yourself a favor and spend your hard earn money elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would.

5 /5 Gabrielle: I love it here! I’ve been to every nail shop in Lafayette and this is the one i choose to keep coming back to. Kim can do ANYTHING to your nails- she’s an artist with acrylics. They’ve got the best pedicures in town also. Highly recommend. Kim does anything for her clients 10/10 experience always. I come here weekly and have never had a bad experience.
