This place was suggested by her friend. They fixed most of her nails and did a much better job. They looked amazing when he was done. He took the bulky thickness down and the polish was beautiful. Very pleased!!!

1 /5 Brit Stack: Pedicure wise, never have had a bad experience. Won’t be back after what happened this morning tho. Was blamed for not liking my dip manicure when I told them specifically I wanted the colors to match between fingers and toes. They used the dip powder with the same number, but idk how one is clearly bright turquoise blue and the other mint green. They then told me they could paint over them with regular polish or I would have to wait to have them taken off… all at full price charge. They also managed to cut my finger. Overall very rude and very bad experience. I won’t be back.

Morrigana: Clean inside, decently nice workers. Played on my hands though. My middle finger on my right hand has hair trapped in the gel and they wouldnt re-do it, and my ring finger on my left hand is bumpy. Also, the acrylic made my nails look sparkly?? I didnt want that at all, and the white tips are kinda choppy. You can also see the nail extensions under the gel. Probably gonna get them redone somewhere else, if youre in the military dont go here. Theyre not going to do your nails in regs. Also, $65 is kind of crazy for this.

N Shuford: Lets start with the good. The location is clean and organized. **The prices seem fair (Ill explain further later). Now thats all for the good for me. I asked for the gel on my nails to be soaked off, not ground off. I didnt even need a manicure, just a simple soak off and gel put back on. She let my nails soak, then ground then down because she didnt have a scraper or file with the right grit. I have naturally hard nails so in order for my nails to be soft, youve got to grind them too much. Anyone that gets gel knows that you soak it off, scrape the residual, and bug your nails. It may be tedious, but I live my natural nails and dont like acrylic. If a salon wants to do acrylic only, dont offer natural services and then ruin my nails. My service doesnt take long but when done well, is worth just as much to me for paying $20 as the person paying $80 for acrylic. $20 is fair for a quick nail polish change only if youre customer is happy. If they are unhappy, it wasnt worth a dime or the time for either party. Before I walked out my nail polish has runs and dimples. To be clear, my nails looked worse going out than they did when I walked in. No, I dont want a response, no I dont want a refund, no I dont want a credit. I want people to give good service.

Kathy Moody: My Son bought a gift certificate for me for Christmas last year. I live out of state so I am not in Lafayette on a regular basis. The certificate had and expiration date which I just never noticed it. So I am in town I called to see if they would make an exception this one time and the person who answered the phone checked with her manager and I was old NO they would not allow it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THEY ARE RUDE . I don’t feel letting me use this certificate which was paid for would have hurt them a bit to make this exception. I guess we just donated to this place. Never again!!! :(

General Manager: I’m so dissapointed after reading great reviews and having the worst set ever. I wish I would’ve never gone. I was the only one there and it took 3 hours. My nails look terrible,like a bubble film to them, and I feel I wasted my money and time. She couldn’t do my gel because of lack of materials , so I paid for regular toenail polish that I know will be off within a couple of days. Idk how I can get these nails off but I don’t want to wear them. Waste of $100. The lady seemed sweet but I don’t understand how she didn’t understand how I didn’t like them.. I can’t recommend and won’t be back.. these photos are directly after my appointment.

LILLY Broussard: I have been going to Sky Nails for almost 3 years now and the customer service is top tier. Im always greeted with a smile and acknowledged. Manicures and pedicures are also beautiful. I receive MANY compliments on my Nails as the designs and various new colors are beautiful and trendy. The shop has undergone renovations and the ambiance is wonderful and beautiful. My nail tech is also experienced in ombre eyebrow shading. I received this service a while back and I must say, she did an amazing job. If you want a one stop shops manicure, pedicure (theres a WIDE variety of luxury packages for peds), ombre eyebrows, or waxing-this is the place! Check them out!

Janece Riser Francis: This is not a place where you can sit and relax to get your nails done. I had to watch them like a hawk to get decent work. Their skill level on a simple set is nonexistent. Had to go back to get them completely redone the next day. They were hilly, bumpy and inconsistent. Went back a week later to change the polish. I had to ask the lady to allow someone else to do it. Looked like a elementary student was polishing them. They tried to make it better but still NOT going back. This is the result after 10 days.
