5 /5 Joel Jambon: Ive been a patient of Uptown Dental for years, and I wouldnt go anywhere else! Very professional office. Super nice people. And Dr. Tom has helped me through more than just regular cleanings. I trust him completely.

4 /5 Hope Faith: The work done by Dr. Sammy Tom and his clinical dental staff is Outstanding! My only complaint is that his business office staff did not bill my Secondary insurer for their portion of my wife and I Dental charges, causing my wife and I to pay Erroneous out-of-pocket Expenses, that were Covered by our secondary insurer, Creating an undesirable Credit balance on our Dental office account record. Im hopeful that Future Charge omissions Covered by our secondary insurer will be corrected.

5 /5 Bayou Gurl: Lesley and Dr Tom were wonderful. LESLEY provided a thorough cleaning, I really appreciate how thorough Dr Tom was. He took the time to explain every detail of my x-rays clearly; I feel confident that my dental health is in good hands with this team. The entire office staff was friendly and welcoming.

5 /5 K W: Great facilities, AWESOME staff. Zoe is the best dental hygienist Ive even been treated by. Shes really kind, does great work, and explains things to you in a way that you understand, but it doesnt feel like shes talking down to you. So glad I chose Uptown when I was picking a provider off my insurance - I saw how many good reviews they have, and they have definitely earned them all!

From the moment I walked in, Dr. Mia and the entire Smile Snob team made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The office itself is top tier; beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated to create an inviting environment. One of the standout touches was the complimentary cold brew coffee they offered, complete with my name in the coffee and it tasted amazing! I also appreciated the full tour of the office where it was clear that every piece of equipment was carefully chosen to prioritize the patient’s comfort and experience. Everyone had a smile on their face, and the atmosphere was incredibly positive. Dr. Mia and her husband communicated everything at a level that was easy to understand, with no rush or pressure. Dr. Mia was personable, comforting, and easy to talk to, making me feel completely at ease. The treatment plan discussion was the most stress-free and clear I have ever had at any dental office. They provided a complete breakdown of each recommendation, showing both what insurance would cover and the expected out-of-pocket expenses. It made it so easy to prioritize procedures based on both financial considerations and the level of post-procedure care needed (like whether I could drive myself home or would need someone to drive me). I am truly grateful for this team and pray that God continues to bless and protect Dr. Mia, Dr. Mark, and their entire staff. They are not just great at what they do, they clearly love it, and it shows in every detail. They are needed, and I am thankful to have found them!
7 OClock Dental - New Orleans Sara Raine: I had to have a wisdom tooth extracted and was very nervous about it. The employees working for 7 Oclock dental put me at ease and made the process so much easier for me. I legit didnt feel a single thing when they were removing my tooth! They made sure to go over the recovery process with me afterwards too! I highly recommend them if youre in need of any dental work. They are extremely professional! They also take Medicaid which is awesome too! A big thank you to the team for helping me get over my fear of the dentist and making my visit awesome!

When I moved to the area six years ago, I didn’t have any idea how to choose a dentist, so I just searched online for the one with the highest ratings, and landed on Dental Arts of New Orleans. I was very pleased to find that all of the great reviews were well deserved. Every member of the staff is extremely friendly and very caring. Everyone there makes you feel very much at ease, whether it’s a routine check up or something more extensive. I recently had some rather extensive work done on my front teeth, and Dr. Richard made everything very clear and was very reassuring throughout. I must say, I really appreciate the meticulous attention to detail that Dr. Richard put into everything, my teeth feel great, and look great, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result.
