1 /5 Jamilah allen: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!The girl at the front desk has an attitude every time you call. They have dogs all over the property so when I got my car back after they had it for a month, I had scratches all over it from the dogs. And on my way home, the check engine light came on AFTER they “replaced the motor”. I asked the front desk lady on what to do and she suggested that I bring the vehicle back to them and let them diagnose it even though “it’s not our fault and you chose to get the motor from your warranty company”. I know for a FACT Velasquez was sent a brand new motor from Texas to complete this repair. Not to mention, they also split my ABS cable which caused my shocks in the front end to lock up. I ended up taking the car to Goodyear because at this point, Velasquez had completely lost my trust. The technicians at Goodyear, repaired the ABS issue but needless to say, Velasquez did not do anything to help me. They are money hungry and thieves. And my damned engine light is BACK ON not even 24hrs later.
