K: We had a very pleasant experience! It was my 1.5 and 2.5 year olds’ first time at the dentist. I was recommended Quest Pediatric Dentistry by numerous coworkers. When I called to make the appointments, the office let me know they opened a new location in Opelousas, so we decided to give the new location a try. The office contacted me in advance to get the kids’ insurance and most of our information so all I had to do the day of was sign a few consents. We were greeted with friendliness from the minute we stepped in the building. The waiting room was cute with a little pirate ship and a video game room. We had a very short wait time, and then the staff gave us a tour. The kids got to see all the equipment and touch and inspect everything. The staff made sure the kids felt comfortable and moved at their pace. At the end, they were given stickers and a toy out of the treasure chest.

Carole DeLisle: I can never thank Dr. Moncecret and his staff enough for working through their lunch hour to perform an emergency root canal. Since I am wheelchair bound at the moment, it would have been very difficult to get back to Opelousas to complete the procedure. I truly appreciated what they did for me - great dentist and staff! ! Highly recommend!
