5 /5 Caleb Lea: Had a minor accident that scratched some paint on my front bumper and the headlight as well. They got me in quickly, quoted me at a comparable rate to other body shops in the area and were extremely communicative throughout the process. Dina was thorough with her checks and was very friendly. Ill be using them in the future for any of my repair needs.

From start to finish, Ben and Ashley went above and beyond to keep me informed, reassured, and taken care of. He was honest, communicated every step clearly, and treated my truck like it was their own! Delays happen, especially with the complexity of modern vehicles, but what stood out was the professionalism, respect, and genuine care shown during the entire process. 1 /5 Victoria Stanton: If I could do a NO STAR boyyyy would I do it. Let me just give yall a little story on how my experience went with Walker Collison. I would call out one person out but the lady in the front piss me off too, slamming shit when I went to come pick my car up. Okay so I got in a minor wreck back in mid November. Needed a new bumper. Brought my car to Walker Collision on November 18th. They needed to have insurance come up there to do a claim to see what all needed to be fixed. Cool. A month passed by I called Ben to see an update on my car and he said it would be done by the 24th of December which was when my rental was due. Fast forward Ben tells me he called my insurance to have my rental extended so he could finish up my car. Rental place calls me on the 30th and told me I needed to have my rental back to them by the end of the day and that I owed them 400$ cause Ben never got it extended. Paid it. Okay I NEED MY CAR BACK. Go to pick it up that same day from a dealer ship and as I’m getting in the car Ben calls me and tells me the car isn’t ready, it hasn’t been aligned etc. Tells me he has another rental ready for me. Couple days passed and he " oh I gotta order one more part for your shocks " same shit. Yesterday I get a call my car is ready. I’m driving home in my " perfectly " finished car. I’m about 25 minutes away from home and my motor light starts flashing saying it’s about to blow up/ over heating. There was no cooling in my motor. It’s dark and damn near 8pm. I called Ben. Would not answer for nothing and idc if he was off work or not. You’ve had my car for 2 months and the one time you give it back my motor is over heating? But the thing is I needed a new bumper. I texted and called him multiple times. No answer. You wanna be rude and not speak to me when I come up there but yet iv kept my cool with you for 2 months? No sir. I am not in a jacked up messed up no gas rental vehicle. Big you wanna walk my way when your manager comes over to look at what I was talking about? But yet I sent you the video last night and texted you multiple times but you can’t speak to Me? IF YOUR CAR IS AT WALKER COLLISON, GO PICK IT UP. If you’re thinking about bringing your vehicle over there, DO NOT. I’m waiting on my insurance to shoot up cause of how much stuff is " wrong " with it and they keep finding. Don’t waste your time or breath on this place.
