They got me in quickly, quoted me at a comparable rate to other body shops in the area and were extremely communicative throughout the process. Dina was thorough with her checks and was very friendly. Ill be using them in the future for any of my repair needs.

Kyle Benger These guys are amazing! A few hours before Thanksgiving we snapped a leaf spring just outside of town on our trailer. We managed to get off the highway and park the trailer. Coming into town we needed a replacement leaf spring and were worried we would never find it in stock somewhere. These folks not only had what we needed they charged us a very reasonable price when they could have done something very different. Thank you again for being the great people you are!

Carol Barnhart They are awesome! The service is great. Even though I had a little bit of a wait, it was totally worth it. They took their time to troubleshoot the issue with my car, let me know what was wrong and cost of repair and time to complete the repair. After I approved it, the actual time to complete the repair was actually less than quoted. It was again awesome! A great feeling to drive away knowing my car was repaired and ready to go again. I will definitely be back at Precision Tune when I need service again and I recommend them to anyone who needs car service or repair.

Lawrence Prier I’ve used them before and they did a good job on 2 other vehicles i took to them but my last experience was by far the worst. I took my 1978 Cadillac to them to get fixed in January thinking it had a short somewhere that prevented it from starting. I would pass by to see if they had done anything to it. They pushed it in the shop like twice but i guess it wasn’t up to their standards of what they wanted to work on because they put 0 effort into trying to get it started. I was told stories from they short handed to they looked but the real reason seemed to be that my car wasn’t worth fixing to them. I barely have 30000 on the motor and transmission because i put both in brand new and barely drive the car. I’ve had it for many years and have plans on finally restoring it to 100% . When i finally decided to just go get my car because it can sit in my yard the owner pretty much told me that the mechanic didn’t want to work on my car and he wasn’t going to make him work on something and mess up their relationship . He even went as far as giving another customer my number saying i might want to sell it. I didn’t bring my car there to be sold. I took it there to be fixed. Then flat out told me good luck finding someone to work on it. It’s not worth the money it would cost to fix like I’m broke of can’t afford it. Well my car is fixed no thanks to them. I had a brand new battery that apparently they messed up pretending to charge it. I went to auto zone got a new battery and changed the starter and it cranked right up. 4 months of sitting there and i fixed it myself in 2 hours. They definitely will not be getting my business or anyone else i know if i can help it. Know the story behind a person before you try to judge. 11 years of military service medically retired and i purchased this car straight out of boot camp so this isn’t just a car it’s ME

Gavin Bandy Do not go here! They were trying to charge me $3400 for a new steering system on my 2008 Honda Civic! My battery was also corroded, and they didn’t mention any of this, also I had an oil leak that was also not informed to me. My car ended up breaking down on the road a WEEK after they had my vehicle

Dalton Floyd had truck for 16 days originally was supposed to be 3-5 before drop-off.After I dropped it off they told me it was going to be 3,400 sum dollars, which is a rip off.After drop off I got no calls back or updates unless I called.Upon Calling several times they would push the done date back again again because they were "behind".No progress was done to my truck. After I called the last time they kept putting me on hold because the technician was in the "bathroom" had no answers and they hung up after a while.I was going to tell them that I was going to pick up my truck but they were gonna call me back because they didnt even know if it could drive. Unbelievable If you dont need your truck for a month or want a expensive job go here.

Dorrien Loftin The ladies at the front desk are amazing. I was appreciative of how I was treated both visits. My first visit I came in with a flashing check engine light, and explained that I’d just changed my own spark plugs because of this but it did not help. I was fully prepared to pay for a fuel pump, or even as far as a catalytic converter that day. To my surprise, the mechanics re-gapped my spark plugs I’d just changed, and said everything else was perfect per their words on the ticket they printed me. Not even an entire 3 days later, engine misfires again, and CEL flashing again. I took it back up there in which they honored their warranty on work they’ve done before(thank you), but then gave me a quote for a catalytic converter replacement. As someone who’s mechanically inclined, I know a converter usually won’t get blocked and welded together in 3 days. It takes longer than that to fuse and melt a catalyst together. Therefore I know if whoever looked at my car at the time was paying attention, they would’ve correctly diagnosed the problem instead of having tunnel vision on the fact that I’d changed my own spark plugs in which I’d used a gap tool and might’ve been a little off. I paid for a full diagnostic , and they stopped when they felt they found a problem instead of completing a full check up of my vehicle. I feel that this shop is very busy, and is sacrificing quality of work, for quantity of cars they have coming through. I watched as they fixed my vehicle both times. The first time, it never went in the air, they never did anything but check under the hood. The second time, is when they put it on the vehicle lift and saw that my converter was clogged. If they’d done a true diagnostic the first time, I would’ve been able to happily pay them for the services of fixing it at that time. But after paying bills, etc, I have to wait another week before I have it saved up to fix my catalytic converter. I love this shop, and the energy that they have, but I truly wished the mechanics would’ve paid more attention. Now I’m in a bind without a vehicle, and am wondering how I’m going to fix this when last week I easily could have just gotten it replaced and been driving my fixed vehicle by now. Good shop, just either not enough mechanics, or ones that have severe tunnel vision when coming to fix vehicles.

Joy Richard Do not I repeat to do not get your oil changed here. Took an hour for the oil change. Then to drive an hour home to find out my car was pouring oil. I went to a local oil changing place before my car exploded. They said take 5 technician installed a broken filter and gasket on my car which caused the leak. They would have seen the leak too and did nothing to fix it. I paid an additional $150 to replace the gasket and filter. I will be calling corporate to be compensated for my repair. Do not go here. I called repeatedly and no answer. They know what they did.

Chrissy Ford Took over an hour and one of the techs was on the phone discussing his drama super loudly. Cursing and being super super unprofessional. Kept walking away to talk on the phone and then when he would come back to our vehicles hed be cussing and using all kinds of profanity. It was extremely uncomfortable. He was a slim black guy. I could not get his name because he kept walking away.

Joe P Made several repairs to my truck quickly and at a very reasonable rate. Katie at the front desk took a complex problem I was having and handled it. I recommend Chris’s shop to anyone in CENLA.

Brittany Kailey Chris and Joe are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and make sure to explain exactly whats going on with your vehicle. I loved the fact that I got a diagnostic done on my car at another place and when I took it to Chris to do the repair, he put it on his own diagnostic machine first because he didnt want to start replacing parts that might not actually be the problem. He was right, it was something else. It was an inexpensive repair that was done in under 15 minutes! These guys are great and I highly recommend them.
