They ask me if they can lighten my arms by putting my selections at the counter or in the dressing room. THIS IS TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE!! THIS IS WHAT BRINGS PEOPLE BACK IN AND WHAT MAKES PEOPLE REFER YOUR BUSINESS!!!! LEARN FROM THE MANAGER AT CATOS IN CROWLEY BECAUSE YOU GET MORE WITH KINDNESS AND THE SERVICE THAT SHE AND HER EMPLOYEES GIVE!!
