Joseph Logiudice Staff is so very friendly, doctor Poirrier is very calming and only does work needed. He explains everything very well and gives you your options. Greatest dentist I have ever been to.

Rob Dr Poirrier has been my familys dentist for years. Other places really just left us feeling like a number. They do a great job keeping us informed and making us feel a part of our dental care plan. Friendliest people youve ever met. Literally almost fell asleep while Patty was doing my teeth cleaning. Ive had appointments after COVID and everything is fine; they were doing the mask thing before it was cool! Highly recommended!!

Art Pollock My wife and I had our first appointment with Dr. Poirrier Feb 16, 2023. Staff did an excellent job and very knowledgeable on the technical side along with insurance requirements. They did their homework prior to our first visit which was fantastic. Dr. Poirrier took the time required to have us understand our current condition of our teeth without pressure of doing work not required. Very thorough with our cleanings and any further work needed like a small filling for my wife. Bottom line, great experience from start to finish with a very professional staff and doctor.

Lisa Keown I am sick of Sarahs condensending attitude everytime I speak to her!!!! She had been very ugly and short with me. I have had issues with my partials fitting correctly. It took 4 times to get it right and the teeth are still uneven. When it comes to her mailing you out your refund, shes unable to fill it out properly to be sure you get it. I think it went into file 13!!!!!!!! Im tired of her sarcastic ways. Victoria was never ugly and things were handled properly. Sarah needs to step down. Shes not a good office manager if she dont know how to handle the patients. Shes gonna be the reason you lose a patient and i will pass this on to fellow friends on Facebook!!!!

JB Health and Physical Education Dr. Almerico and his outstanding staff took excellent care of my son during his wisdom teeth surgery. They went above and beyond by checking on him after hours during a holiday weekend. Great experience and we highly recommend Dr. Almerico.

chris j Traumatic Experience – Would Not Recommend My wife’s initial appointment was fine. She was diagnosed with an abscess beneath a molar, which was said to require a root canal. This diagnosis was post X-rays and examination. She was referred to an endodontist (at additional cost for X-rays and examination) who determined the tooth was cracked and a root canal would be a waste of cost and ineffective. She then returned to Dr. Thiaville for an extraction. The extraction was a terrible and traumatic experience. My wife experienced extreme pain throughout the procedure. Despite showing clear signs of distress—curling up, cringing, and in tears—the dentist continued the extraction. When repeatedly asked for an explanation about why the local anesthesia may not have been effective, the dentist offered no clear reasoning or reassurance. Prior to the procedure, we requested the extracted tooth be returned to her several times. After the extraction and private inspection of the tooth, the dentist disposed of it in medical waste—despite throwing bloodied gauze into standard trash. When reminded about the tooth upon leaving, the dentist dismissed the request, comparing it to a surgeon refusing to return a removed limb. Eventually, the tooth was ultimately returned days later. This experience was painful, dismissive, and unprofessional. We cannot recommend this practice.

kathy sclafini This isnt your everyday dental office, MoreSMILES is a treat for your mouth. I cant say enough about my experience there. I was a big chicken when it came to going to the dentist, but soon as I walked in the door the first time I felt at ease. The atmosphere and the receptionist are pretty amazing. My dentist is Dr. Doyle, a very knowledgeable, professional and kind lady who is there to help you in any way possible. I trust her so much, and thats a big plus for me. This office offers different types of services too. Some I will try out soon. Ive been a patient since 2015 and I will always be a patient.

Ellen Parker Dr. Ilawan came highly recommended by a friend and was a choice on our new dental insurance plan. I found that the office staff, dental assistants/hygienist and Dr. Ilwan, himself were friendly and professional. The office environment was clean and attractive and the exam rooms were comfortable and well equipped. I feel that the recommendations for my treatment plan were properly explained and I am confident that Dr. Ilawan was a good choice for our family.

Ethan Chabert This guy did two large bridges for me. The first one broke almost immediately upon completion. I returned and he blamed me grinding my teeth and tried to sell me a mouth guard. (I have never grinded my teeth in my life.) At this point he tells me Im too hard on my teeth and he would need to do stainless steel bridges. I got over the cosmetic aspect of having a mouth full of metal as a trade off to be able to chew again and paid additional money for the stainless bridge as well as a stainless bridge on the other side. Here we are a few months later and the one stainless bridge broke and fell out (stress crack because it was loose from not being installed properly) and the other bridge is loose. I booked a visit to give him a 3rd chance at fixing this for me but he chose to yell at me and blame my "bite". (Isnt it his job to adjust my teeth for bite? If not why did he grind my bridge and good teeth for almost an hour to make them fit?) I have been messing with this joker and not able to eat right for over a year! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE OF HAVING TO SUE THIS GUY TO GET YOUR MOUTH RIGHT. Just go somewhere else instead. Side note, Dr. Steve Pfeinstein fixed me up right and I have not had a problem for over two years now. If looking for a good dentist, go see Dr Steve in Abita.

Bret Miller Giving one star only because no stars was not an option. This is a dishonest practice ran by a dishonest man and an unprofessional office manager. My wife worked for the office, and we spent Thanksgiving at his home. I needed a routine checkup and he offered to do the checkup at no charge. I even had insurance but he said it wasnt necessary. A year later, I recieve a notification from collections stating that I owed his office money. I called the office and the office manager thought it was humorous that I was sent to collections and said that llawan refused to speak with me. He did the same to my wife after she stopped working for him and her checkup was included in her work benefits. Sudden outbursts of anger and shouting are common inside the business. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. I figured him for a good man at first, but his true colors appeared with time.

Tom Calhoun Had my first visit to this dental office this week. Have never experienced a more thorough examination, x-ray procedure and cleaning than what TDs hygienist, Cimberly, gave me. Further, she made sure all my teeth were perfectly clean by extra x-rays at the end of the cleaning process. Would definitely recommend Todays Dental to anyone looking for a great dental experience using state of art equipment, well trained technicians and very helpful courteous front office staff. Cactus Blob I had a tooth that had grown in sideways and to the rear of my other teeth, right out front. It affected my smile and my bite. Dr Voelkel was able to painlessly pull it and the crowding has been eliminated and the hole closed. Thanks Dr. Voelkel!

B C Very disappointed! Im dealing with health issues, cancer reoccurance in lip, now possibly in roof of mouth. I wanted a female dentist and was so thankful to have found her! I have put off my dental care due to health issues and needing to be there for others! I finally make time for me and call for an appt, if she accepts my ins. I was stunned to hear, that she accepts NO INS! I guess thats her prerogative, but to be reading how "Godly" she is doesnt seem right and should not be posted!
