5 /5 Marcy B: The office is adorable and modern. The staff is so kind and gentle. I had a horrible experience with my previous dentist and Dr. Thiaville was so patient and gentle. I have never had a filling and within hours felt completely normal afterwards and able to eat and drink normal. She is amazing.

And then there is Dr. Thiaville - the best dentist I have ever been to. She thoroughly explains every procedure and she gets it right the first time. I always said I just hated crowns but I now realize that is because they were never done right. I would give 10 stars to this dental practice if I could.

Dr. Jeffrey Hepburn - Covington Helen Hall: Im not one who typically leaves a review, but feel like I must, today. My front tooth just randomly cracked. I have massive anxiety with all things dental related, so my wonderful daughter helped me find a dentist in my insurance plan ( we are new to the area so hadnt set up a dentist). Someone was definitely watching over me today, because within 2 hours of my tooth cracking, the fabulous office staff, and Dr Hepburn himself, had fixed my cracked tooth in a calm, gentle way, soothing my anxiety as they worked their magic. I would recommend Dr Hepburn and his staff in a heartbeat!

I wanted a female dentist and was so thankful to have found her! I have put off my dental care due to health issues and needing to be there for others! I finally make time for me and call for an appt, if she accepts my ins. I was stunned to hear, that she accepts NO INS! I guess thats her prerogative, but to be reading how "Godly" she is doesnt seem right and should not be posted!

When she told me she was prescribing Ibprophan my heart dropped thinking about the pain after the numbing agent wore off. I woke up the next day can honestly say I have not so much as a twinge of pain. Im so impressed this is the first painless dentist appointment in my life
