5 /5 Victoria: Such a great experience! I came previously from another dentist who left me with more pain (after 3 adjustments) and in tears. Dr Hope is so very reassuring and warm! She adjusted the tooth and I felt immediate relief. I am so blessed and grateful to have found this office!

2 /5 Lisa Keown: I am sick of Sarahs condensending attitude everytime I speak to her!!!! She had been very ugly and short with me. I have had issues with my partials fitting correctly. It took 4 times to get it right and the teeth are still uneven. When it comes to her mailing you out your refund, shes unable to fill it out properly to be sure you get it. I think it went into file 13!!!!!!!! Im tired of her sarcastic ways. Victoria was never ugly and things were handled properly. Sarah needs to step down. Shes not a good office manager if she dont know how to handle the patients. Shes gonna be the reason you lose a patient and i will pass this on to fellow friends on Facebook!!!!

1 /5 Leah McKee: Had an AWFUL experience. They did fillings on the left side of my mouth. Got a second opinion a month after the work, was told I would have to have them all redone. They were not sealed properly. Front desk staff and whoever did my fillings was extremely rude and I felt totally out of the loop. The lady that did the x-rays was the only one who was kind. You pay a $75 deposit to schedule, when I cancelled because of the shotty work they did not refund but $50.

1 /5 Tasha Guidry: Medicaid patients beware. I brought my young child to see Dr. Hope Taylor for the first (and only) time on 8/12. Our previous dentist of over 12 years sold her practice, and my insurance was no longer in network with the new owner. Dr. Taylor didnt meet with me, or speak with me at all. After my daughters exam, the assistant just came out and said "she has a mouth full of cavities, we have to fill them all". No explanations, no x-rays, no nothing. Just a bill they wanted to send Medicaid for close to $3000 dollars. I brought my child to a well recommended dentist for a second opinion today. This dentist let me go in the back with my child, let me watch them do the x-rays (thats right, two x-rays), and informed me that everything on Dr. Hope Taylors bill was completely unnecessary because the cavities were nonexistent. My child might, might have one (1) cavity on one (1) tooth. I say might because they couldnt tell if it was the start of a cavity or a shadow on the x-ray. This dentist did NOT recommend filling or treating this (maybe) cavity, he simply suggested I keep an eye on it and keep doing what Im doing. Shame on you Cypress Smiles for lying to clients and the insurance company just to make a dollar. Its WRONG! Just wrong. You Dr. Hope Taylor and this company, are exactly what is wrong with the medical industy. Shame on you all. Thank goodness I got a second opinion before letting you destroy my childs teeth. Im so grateful that there are some honest physicians still out there who see patients as people and not dollar signs.
