Drue If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The staff were friendly dont get me wrong however the doctor is horrible. I believe they have given me too much Valium for my body size even though they claim they give everyone the same dose ( which shouldnt be the case because everybody is different in my personal opinion). I was supose to get 4 wisdoms and 4 molars removed. They were only able to get one molar and one wisdom tooth out. They crushed another molar. My O2 dropped so they had to stop leaving this cracked tooth in my head (which a big chunk fell out the night after surgery which i could have easily choked on). They barely told my mom anything about what happened ( did not even give us any paperwork about which teeth they were able to pull out. I just recieved post op instructions). Im very upset and my gums are very bruised and messed up. Will never go back. On top of it all I specifically remember writing Im allergic to penicillin in my paperwork and I also told the assistant during the consult I was allergic to it. They still prescribed it to me and said it wasnt in my chart. If it wasnt for the pharmacist at the cvs for remembering I couldnt have it I would have taken it due to still feeling effects of the sedation meds (mind you a family member had picked my meds up for me).

Nicole Perez These people are not kind to none speak English people..I offered to interpret for Spanish speaking patient. And because I offered to help. The English speaking assistants who do not speak a lick a Spanish what so ever accused me of cursing them out for one PUNTA is not a curse word it means period. Like the end of the sentence. And I offered to interpret/interprete for both the office and thier patient. They falsely accused me and when they are wrong not one apology came out of thier mouths. Its a blessing to know more languages and to help others. Accept when youre wrong and dont be falsely accusing people when you dont speak another language other than English. Yall are wrong and un professional. Spanish patients and interpreters beware of this clinic. They like to start problems and not admit when they are completely wrong.

evan marie Boles Before I say anything I want to point out that his team was amazing, accommodating, and educated. No doubt about that. The doctor however, not so much. I had my “consultation” on January 12th of 2023 where the doctor never spoke to me, gave me any information (the nurse did afterward), or even made eye contact with me. The consultation consisted of the dr walking in the room, looking at my X-rays, then leaving. He didn’t say a word to me. I didn’t even realize the visit was over (or that it had even started) until the nurse came in the room and let me know I could leave. I thought to myself “that was it?!” That’s the man that’s going to cut me up and take my teeth out? He didn’t want to say hi?! I proceeded to schedule my surgery ignoring my gut. Fast forward to my surgery 3/14/2023 and this time I never even SAW the doctor. The nurse helped me get situated, put in an IV and made me go to sleep. When I woke up, still no Doctor. Neither of my visits was the waiting room filled with people not were there any constantly ringing phone lines, so I don’t see how he couldn’t find the time to greet his patients, walk them through the process and assure them that they are in good hands. Or at least say Hi before surgery? I was never verbally given any post-op instructions by anyone. Hours after I got home from my surgery, I noticed a piece of paper was given to me with post-op instructions. Not only had I already missed a step or two but I had a million questions I would have liked to ask had this been an in person conversation (like every other surgery I’ve ever had) I see other reviews with people calling this man rude and him desperately trying to defend himself, but nobody can deny that this is RUDE treatment. Finally, why was I not offered a follow-up appointment… I HAD SURGERY WHERE FOUR TEETH ARE TAKEN OUT OF MY MOUTH SURGICALLY, and he has no desire to see how I am doing after the fact? He seems to wants money and doesn’t seem to care about his patients. Ps. I don’t bruise easily, but he was so rough with the instruments that my upper and lower gums, throat, and checks on both sides are heavily bruised even on day 5 post op. My boyfriends mom said it looked like he went in with pliers and just ripped them out (in a joking way, of course)

Todd My appointment was easy to make for the same day. I was greeted when I walked in and felt comfortable the entire time. The mouth guard and reclining chair was comfortable and I had no sensitivity to the gel or light. It was my 1st time as I always thought my teeth were white but what a surprise how much whiter and brighter they came out! Ill definitely be back.

The process was quick, easy and painless. I thought i would have a problem with sensitivity and I did not . My results were amazing , way better than the results I get from the at home creat strips. Jared Borne They are 100% out of network for all insurance companies. Told this AFTER THE FACT. They stated that a procedure was $905 up front and that the insurance would reimburse us the difference. Insurance processed and said we owe them $371. I contacted the insurance company and told them what Dr. Saals office told us months ago, that the insurance would pay us the difference. The insurance said that is incorrect, and that Dr. Saals office would be the one who reimburses us. I then contacted Dr. Saals office at Oral Facial Surgery Center and they stated that since they are out of network for all insurance companies, that we are owed nothing since they dont work with insurance. Their front desk told us different MULTIPLE times. Expect a large bill out of pocket or deal with your issues without help from them.

Tiff Any Wisdom teeth removal at age 35. Very little instructions on proper cleaning and aftercare. I was there 3 times after my operation because of extreme pain and swelling (when I should have been home resting and recovering). At my third visit, 6 days post-op I was given a second round of antibiotics and more "pain medication", still no instructions on irrigation. Following the instructions givin, I gently brushed my other teeth best as possible and rinsed with warm salt water, thinking my mouth was clean. Little did I know for 4 days I had food particles decaying in the holes where my wisdom teeth once were, causing pain swelling and I had even started to run a fever. On the 4th visit at my 7-Day check up he finally gave me an irrigation syringe and socket gel to help with pain and promote healing. The whole experience has been a nightmare. I would not recommend any of my friends or family go here. Two weeks later Im now suffering from a yeast infection from excessive antibiotics and still having extreme jaw pain and a constant headache.

kay schillage I had 8 implants placed, a sinus lift (bone graft), & 6 extractions at once. Dr Baughman used Iv sedation to make sure that I was comfortable. It seemed like I blinked & it was over! I had little to no pain, little swelling and bruising. Dr Baughman called my home to check on me & my recovery the night of my surgery. This Dr. is AMAZING! He is very down to earth & went out of his way to find the perfect dentist for my future needs. The staff is very friendly & helpful as well. I highly recommend this office. They made me feel very comfortable before & after surgery as I was terrified of Dentist from previous trauma & bad experiences. This place is TOP of the line! Sarah Kate Highly disappointed! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! My elderly parents went to their office after a recommendation. 8 months later still not wearing them, my mom still cant wear her dentures comfortably. They had to pay a couple hindered after insurance was charged AND they would not fix the issue.

Susan Boudreaux Both the dentist and his staff are just the worst. Rudest dental tech I have ever encountered. She works with people who are scared and in pain. She should consider another line of work. And the dentist himself couldn’t care less about you. He just wants to charge you for a lot of unnecessary work and is incredibly dismissive and insensitive.

Gretchen Caillouet Ive been going to Dr. Rabalais for almost 20 years. I began when I had some dental issues that needed his expertise and treatment. I go every 6 months for a check-up so he and his staff can monitor my dental needs. When I have needed any specialized dental treatments, he has either performed them or suggested a different specialized treatment. Dr. Rabalais and his staff always make me feel welcome and comfortable - theyre awesome!

Stanley Wroblewski The people are friendly and the service is fantastic. Dr. Rabalais had to perform transplants of gum tissue for me 22 years ago, and his dental hygienist, Donna Dumas, has been removing the calculus created by my peridontal disease every 3-4 months since my initial surgery. They have saved my teeth and gums, and I am forever grateful for their professionalism and expertise.

Charlette Poche Dr. Rabalais and his professional staff are always thorough and considerate. Because of their devoted attention to my gum disease, my visits are now primarily for maintenance purposes. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs periodontal treatment.

Joanna I have been coming to Dr. Walker since I can remember. I never felt scared growing up. As an adult I get anxiety about it for some reason, but he doesn’t make you feel negative. He talks to you and let’s you know what he’s doing. I wish they were opened on Fridays but other than that. It’s great!

Rita Jacks My husband Michael had an emergency when the cap came off his crown which had a live nerve exposed. He works off shore and was prepared to get off the boat to address situation. He called his company office and Matt Skelton referred him to Dr.Walker. When he called the dentist office and explained situation they worked him in immediately. He was seen as soon as he arrived , tooth was repaired and he was back on the boat in a matter of hours. He is extremely grateful for excellent care and efficiency of all staff members. His thought was if all business were run like this it would be amazing. Thank you to everyone that assisted in his care!

Sarah Bergeron I no longer go to Dr. Theriot for one reason, I moved several years ago. For a while I kept going to him during visits back home because I couldnt bare the thought of finding another dentist, but thats getting harder to do. Dr. Theriot is an exceptional dentist who is invested in his patients. He takes to the time to really know the patient and listen. He always managed to fit me in during trips home and was fast about figuring out dental issues. I highly recommend Dr. Theriot!
