Gwen Sammons I have been a customer here for years and I have never had a bad experience. The technicians are always so sweet, quick, and do an amazing job. Dont even get me started if youre getting a pedi... its heaven. And if you have a young person in your life you want to have a spa/pamper day with, they have a child sized pedi station and the technicians are so light-handed and personable that even the most shy child/adolescent will feel welcome and at ease. The store and staff are clean and they sanitize as well as wear gloves.They do require masks to be worn in the store per state covid regulations but they are not at all mean about it. The prices are very fair too. They offer great styles including coffin tip and ombre, which is whats hot right now. They have plenty of color options to choose from in gel, dip powder, and of course regular (and they do allow you to bring your own color if you prefer). There are nail shops on basically every corner here and I have tried more than a few out but none of them can compare to the consistent experience or quality I have always received from fashion nails.

Kallmekayee Just had my first racial encounter ever at this Nail salon today. This place was recommended to me to try. I was there for an hour and I don’t mind the wait. But, i was the only black woman waiting to be seen. The guy that works there ask who was next everyone including myself said me! He completely ignored me and told the white lady next to me to come on. She told him again and he still told her to come on. The lady apologized to me and I told her it was ok. That was not nice nor professional. I felt really offended but I left respectfully. Really disappointed in how I was treated.... I wish I could give this place no stars!!! Never again

Jeanna Smith Ive been going here for over a year and I have never had a bad experience. I usually go every two weeks to get my gel nails redone. I am very rough on my nails and I havent ever had them chip or peel. If I have a nail that is trying to break, they fix it for me. All the workers have always been very nice to me.

Staci Gilstrap Ive never had a bad Mani or Pedi here UNTIL Sat. Gel mani Saturday... By Wed they are PEELING on BOTH hands. I called. Cant go back in until Sat bc of work. They wont guarantee that long event though I called on Wed. NEVER AGAIN!!

M. Jackson I had such an upsetting experience today . The man that did my nails was so mean , everytime I held my hand wrong he gave me this mean nasty look , I also expressed to him that I don’t get my nails done often bc I’m a hairstylist . He got upset that I said French tips and the color I wanted on the tips were brown I didn’t get a hi goodbye nothing . And my nails were nothing that I wanted but everytime I spoke up for what I wanted itwas this back and forth everytime on top of being charged 60$ ! For a gel overlay of my real nails and they are super short . never ever ever going here again . Awful

Lovely K After just one week, two of my nails came off and the rest were lifting. They refused to fix them for free or give me a discount. There is no reason my nails should be coming off. The older guy, I dont know his name, did them. I paid entirely too much money to.be looking like this after a week! I tried this place because Ive heard so many great things. Im disappointed. Well it was my first and last time going.

Ariana Yelverton I hate to say, I had a really terrible experience. I have never left a negative review, but unfortunately this salon warrants it. I have gone to this salon three times in total, and the techs have always been very rude; however, the nails usually turn out well with exception to today. To elaborate, each time prior to my visit I’ll have an appointment. Despite making an appointment, I’ll be waiting in a chair for 30 minutes to 50 minutes before I receive my tech. When the tech finally arrives, they seem bothered and incredibly rude despite me trying to be kind and make small talk. During my first visit to the salon, the manager (I assume) asked a tech to do my services because I had been waiting close to an hour. The tech groaned the entire appointment- very uncomfortable for me. While I understand getting behind can occur, I wouldn’t expect this to happen each time I’ve come to this salon. Today, the same thing happened. I had a 35 minute wait, and my pedicure lasted for 35 minutes. There was a woman beside me that came in 15 minutes after me and was helped right away. We had the same pedicure package, and she was still being serviced when my tech “finished.” It was a terrible rush job- I had to ask for an additional coat of polish because it was still completely sheer when he was adding the top coat. I left with excess polish all over my toes and just wonky shaping from the filing overall. I still tipped each time because I understand this is their livelihood, but I will never come back. The worst part- My pedicure package involved the use of hot towels. Instead of grabbing fresh hot towels, my tech used towels that were placed on the edge of another woman’s foot bowl…while she was still in the process of having her feet cleaned. Really unhygienic. TLDR- rude, long waits despite appointment, poor rushed jobs, unhygienic (overall conclusion from 3 appointments).

Hill Amber (Amby Nicole) Place was clean and had a calm atmosphere. My nails turned out beautifully done. Will be going back next time.

Ashley Hay 10 - 6 Hours. Love this place! An incredible husband and wife run business. They do such a wonderful job on my pedicures and are so funny. Ive always enjoyed chatting with them and the other customers. So happy to have stumbled on this place!

Celeste Singh Today, I walked into this salon and politely asked for a Pedi and was told they didnt service people like me angrily. I was at lost for words. Definitely didnt see that coming. I have all kinds of clients that I love and respect (being a Salon business owner myself for over 11 years, in West Monroe Louisiana) The owner should be ashamed of herself. They are NOT REAL BUSINESS MINDED people. A TRUE BUSINESS OWNER WOULD NEVER!

Sarah K This hidden gem in a shopping center off forsythe provided the best nail experience Ive had since moving from Baton Rouge! The tech that did my nails is knowledgeable and friendly, but best of all - shapes nails to perfection! My coffin acrylic set is magazine quality at a great price. He also worked quickly - my old nails removed and the beautiful new set completed in about an hour. Art nails has won my business for life! Check this place out - trust me you will be thrilled!

Caitlin Gilly I went in to get my nails from acrylic to solar, and I told that to the girl prepping them. Then the OWNER said u have to have them removed for they. The girl never said that! I said fine. Another girl went to paint my white tips and she painted a STRAIGHT LINE across the nail and couldn’t even curve it to look natural with with the polish removal. The owner argued with me saying u can’t do that. Yes u can! Even the utensil u use is CURVED for that purpose! The staff has become more RUDE over the years and there is dust everywhere. None of the staff can speak English in a Predominant English area. I do not recommend anyone going there!! The owner can’t even brush his hair!

Frances Ogden Told them this was for wedding day in one week. Guy was rude and blamed it on how my real nails were and thats why I could not get what wanted so went with this and not even straight filed. He seemed to have excuses instead of doing good job or know what he was doing. Def not a good experience or will be back . Didnt even clean off my skin so have power stuck to my skin

Zarethan Hawkins-Davison Nail Tech Spa N. 18th is full of it! I went in for a pedicure in 05/10/2025 and the young lady rushed my pedicure, also told them my toenail is broken and i need it fixed…why they put glue on it and said oh its fixed. So 05/11/2025 my gel paint has come off. So I go up there to try to get it fixed they tried to make me pay for a repaint and the fixture of my nail. They wouldn’t even refund me. I’m livid frfr! What a Mother’s Day!

Kristin Knox Be careful! The price they tell you doubles before you get to checkout!... I got my nails removed, a pedicure, and my eyebrows waxed. Every price i was quoted was not the same when i went to pay. $125. I didnt even get my nails done! NEVER AGAIN!

TTlolen Staff is very courteous. I had a man doing my nails, I don’t know his name but he took great care of me. I told him my nails are naturally thin and he was very careful with not filing too much on my nail beds. Also this place does eyebrows the best in my opinion. I will definitely be going again.

Victoria Joles I was seen to very quickly, My nails were done very quickly and I got designs. Im very picky about shape,but Tracey killed it! I dont have any complaints. I got stiletto, 2 colors, and a design on 2 nails and it was only $60. Of course I left a $20 tip and you should too.

LaFonda Heard Whenever Im in town, they always get me right. I was in and out in less than an hour! I got exactly what I wanted! I dont think there is a design they cannot do! If I ever moved here, this would definitely be my nail shop!

Brenda Lighten They usually do pretty good but this time I went there were 5 people in total to work on my nails which caused them to be uneven in length some are shorter than others and some are way longer than the rest. Don’t allow too many people working on your hands at once

The salon was clean, and the staff was friendly and professional, but unfortunately, my nails began to peel on the third day after my appointment.

Megan Mitchell I made an appointment days in advance and showed up on time. They took me back right away, but didn’t get started on the pedicure until about 10 minutes later. When the technician came to give me a pedicure, he literally rushed through it as fast as humanly possible. The couple next to me, who were there before me, were still in the chair being worked on when I was done. My nail polish isn’t smooth and my heels are rough. I paid $47 for lotion on my legs. I never get to treat myself and the one time I do I get the crappiest service possible. I am never going back.
