Estenna Markham Ive been going to Kim Pham for years, and she’s always been more than just a nail tech—she’s like family. Visiting her new nail spa, Lux Nails Spa, this weekend with my daughter was such a proud and beautiful moment. The space is absolutely stunning—elegant, relaxing, and filled with her signature touch of care and class. As always, the service was phenomenal. I got a Tap nails manicure and a gel nails pedicure, and my daughter had the overlay French nail manicure with a gel pedicure. Everything came out flawless! The attention to detail, the cleanliness, and the overall vibe were top-tier. We both felt pampered from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. It’s clear how much heart she’s poured into this place. If youre looking for luxury service with a personal touch, you need to visit Lux Nails Spa. I couldn’t be prouder of her and more excited for what’s ahead!

emily lafrance If I could give a zero I would!!! Worst experience EVER!!!! For one my appt was for 10:30 .. My pedicure wasn’t started till 11:15.. they were done my feet by 11:30 due to another customer waiting to get something fixed I guess. I got the cheapest pedicure which I can understand the time being quick. She missed the paint on parts of my toe nails…then she BURNED me with the towel that they wrap around your legs.. and she cut my toe nails lop sided… this was the worst experience I’ve EVER had and all right before Mother’s Day. I’m so upset. I paid 60 $ for this !!!! If u look closely at the pinky she didn’t even paint all of my nail !! Also when she was clipping my skin with her tool she was taking entirely too much skin off! It was painful.

Bess Stephenson Mimi did an amazing job on the Aztec design nails I wanted. The entire experience was relaxing. Where other nail salons are crowded and manicurists are rushed here they take their time so that your needs are meet. Also, there are SCALP MASSAGE services

Kalundra Jackson Going to Lacey to do the big "chop" was one of the best decisions Ive made in some time! My nerves were calmed as soon as I sat down. I felt like she understood my concerns and really took in consideration my health issues in regards to my overall hair health. Thank you again for being understanding and really being super accommodating. Totally geeked about continuing my hair journey with Lacey! She really is talented at what she does!!

Alyssa Crawford You will not regret booking with Beauty By Kadee! I have been going to Kadee for waxing services well before she started her own business; I believe for about 6 years now. Kadee is a bright light with a very welcoming, fun personality. There is never a dull or uncomfortable moment during her services. She is someone who is very easy to talk to and will have you feeling great about yourself when you leave! She is very knowledgeable and good at what she does. Kadee is more than my wax girl, she has become a friend that I look forward to seeing every month.

Angelina Simmons Jade is EXCELLENT. She offers quite the experience at every appointment no matter how small the task/ job. She is personable and caters to you and your needs/ wants. She has an eye; she studies your face and performs accordingly. She is a master at her skill- the very BEST around.

Shon Dale Terrible experience!! Scheduled for a bridal party for 8 ladies. Prior to scheduling toured 3-4 different spas in Bolixi, asked upon tour if allowed outside food, told yes. Hot there on scheduled day of appointments, told you can have the food but must put it up if anyone else arrives so they will not think this is part of our servive. Ok with that, understandable. After being there a few hours, 2 of us inquired on our services as we had been there a while, we dropped off their schedule. However my account was still charged!!!! When spoke to manager, told will be reversed, after 5 days, still pending on my account!!!

Elisabeth B Made an appointment for today as a new client which they canceled, said they will try to fit me in with someone else making me wait all day. Never reached out to me, I had to text them at their last hour opened asking if I was going to squeeze me in to get a nope. So unprofessional. Will never try them again.

Lynn U. Rachel gave me a perm that resulted in my head and scalp being hot and itchy. I called her the next day. My call went to her voice mail. Rachel never returned my call. I had told her previously that I have allergies and told her which perm wave product works well on my hair. She used something entirely different. My hair starting breaking off because of the brittleness. My scalp and head were bothering me so much I called the salon and spoke with Landy. He said I should put a can of 7-up on my hair. I called another salon where the woman told me that it sounded like my hair was over processed. She suggested using a deep moisturizing. It has worked well and has helped my hair, scalp and head so much. May 11, 2021 is when Rachel did this. Also I have had my hair permed and colored for years. Rachel took a long time to do my hair because she was on her cell phone / social media a lot.

Valerie Rabalais Casanova I’ve been to Rosa a few times for color now and let me tell you, she is SO TALENTED! She gives the best blowouts too. I am obsessed with my hair color and I always leave feeling like a new woman! She outdoes herself every single time.

Rebecca Matherne Olivia cut my 15 year old daughters hair. She was honed in on the details and texture of her hair. Her hair looks amazing! Im glad that on a last minute whim we decided to book her an appointment here and I think weve found our "forever" place!

donna gholson My hair was so incredibly damaged with boxed dyes (thanks COVID) I left here with what looked like hair again and not straw. I love the personal attention and not feeling rushed along. Definitely recommend!

nikki bankston My experience was good and bad at this salon. I brought my daughters there to get their hair done. In this case the bad outweighs the good.My youngest daughter had twists done. The stylist did an excellent job on her hair. My daughter has pretty thick hair and the stylist was very professional and gave us some great advice on how to maintain her style. However, when my other daughter got a pixie cut the results were horrible. My daughter asked for her hair to be relaxed and cut in a pixie style. My daughter provided a picture and has medium length hair so it shouldnt have been a problem for the stylist to do. The woman didnt relax her hair or cut it right not to mention her funky attitude. I think this is either the shop manager or owner. If she out of practice when it comes to cutting hair she should hang up her scissors and just manage the shop. We wont be back!

Carla Pickens Nikki is a very talented hair stylist and color artist. She has made me confident in my hair for the first time in my life. She listens to what you want and often suggest and educates on the most beneficial fit for your hair type and style. My hair has never been healthier and I have never had so many compliments! She is very friendly and comfortable to be with and you can definitely tell she loves styling hair. I am so proud of her and how she conducts her business. Very professional and accommodating. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the experience and service I receive at Modish.

Kristen DePhillips Dym is AMAZING. I told my last stylist I wanted an icy blonde and walked out brassy everytime. Not with Dym! She envisioned something I didnt even have words for. Icy blonde, feeling brand new! She was super sweet, and very personable. The place is very simple and chic too. Very convenient, and I am so excited I found my new hair-home :)

Josh Bustamante I can’t say enough about this place! I scheduled a massage with Steven after being referred to him from a friend. I’m so glad I did. The room was inviting and it made me feel very comfortable. I left there feeling like a brand new man. 5 stars to this hidden gem of a place!

Jessica Heather I don’t have much good to say about this place. The lady cut my cuticles twice and the gel had hair in it and bubbles all through it. The lady who did my sons mani and pedi did wonderful but the lady who did my pedi and mani did a half azzed job. Like the gel polish on my toes is all over the skin and the polish on my pinky came off already less than 24 hours later. Thank god I found another salon that fixed everything today. Like look at this mess! Looks like Mardi gra skittles and dollar tree had a baby! Not to mention for my service and my sons it was almost 300$ a complete rip off if I say so myself!

Kali Bennett I went and they were all completely free and made me feel welcome. Not even an a few hours later, the paint off my nails began to chip. It hasnt been a week and 3 nails have chipped completely. Will not be back due to quality of nails

Bradley Davis I just went and had a haircut and shave at B. Marie salon and it was a great experience. Kasey A knows what she’s doing and I highly recommend her and this salon for anyone. They just installed a tv as well so I was able to watch some sports while I waited just a few minutes. All the girls in the salon were super friendly and I laughed the whole time. I can’t wait to go back.
