S Loughner My mom recommended this place to me because she sees Sara and said she was wonderful. She has also had Caroline do her hair and said she was equally as talented. So I made an appointment with Caroline. She ended up being sick this morning but they were able to get me in with Nancy. I came in with brown dye on my hair that had grown out and was ready to get some blonde back. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with hair stylists because most of the ones I have seen either didn’t consider the health of my hair or they cut way more off than I wanted. So I was hesitant when I came in today. But Nancy was absolutely amazing! She considered the health of my hair and didn’t over do it to the point that my hair still looks healthy and shiny. She also trimmed my hair and gave me some long layers. She took off very little and did exactly as I asked. We of course didn’t get to the overall hair goal that I wanted because of previous brown dye on my hair, which I expected. But it still turned out amazing and I will DEFINITELY be back in 8 weeks to see her again. For the first time in a long time I think I’ve finally found a hair stylist that understands and is willing to listen and guide. Amazing stylist!

Halee Purcell I called Allison West because I heard she was really great with curly hair. I have never had such a great hair cut experience. She even gave me great recommendations about how to get the best curls. My hair has never looked this great. She really does love curly hair! Go see Allison if you need a haircut.

Markham Dickson Allison and team rock the salon experience. They are all calm, kind, and experienced hair cutters. The feeling is Honeycomb is like no other salon in Shreveport. If you have naturally curly hair Allison is going to be a go to for the area. Love this salon and these people. May also be because Allison is my sister. But this is also an honest review. I would go to Honeycomb regardless. ^__^

Mike G I walked in with no appointment. I was greeted and asked if there was a sign in, I was informed there was no sign in sheet. There were people already waiting in front of me so I had no clue on how long the wait would be. I waited for 25 mins watching other people who were already there or came in after me, go in for a haircut before me. These could have been appointments or regulars but after 25 mins I still had no clue on wait time. Finally one lady came out and told a young mother and her son that she had a opening in 30 mins. This mother & her son were there waiting before I walked in 25 mins ago. So it would be a 55 min wait plus the mother & son haircut before they would even think to get to me but I still had no clue on wait time. I could have gone to two other hair salons down the street if i knew what the wait time was from the beginning. From what I observed, they were friendly and good with the elderly and kids. They also had tanning booths. Made a second visit, this day it was not as busy and they had somebody working the front desk. I got in pretty quickly for a hair cut, the trim took about 7-10 mins for $12. That is just as fast and less expensive compared to Sports Clips, whom I usually visit but cost about $20 for the same trim. Service & conversation was great. I would probably revisit again but call in advance to see how busy they are.

Andrea Aldrovandi I stopped in to see when I could get a haircut and the owner took care of me right then. She listened to how I wanted my hair cut and did exactly what I wanted. When she washes your hair, you dont want her to stop. I will definitely go back when it is time. To pay please cash or check. The 27.00 was just the wash and cut. Tip I paid in cash

Jeannie Grantham Ive brought my daughter to Tanya for the last two years for her back to school hair cut. The salon is small but cutely decorated. Weve always been seen within 20 minutes of our appointment time and was quickly serviced following. She likes her cut and is looking forward to our cut next year!

The staff at Roots & Boots are AMAZING!!! From the warm welcoming smiles aa soon as we walked in,the fact that I didnt.feel the need to "explain" that daughter may have a thousand questions and to please not take it personal. Christy and Tonya made us feel at home. Tonya took her time with my baby,taking breaks when needed and my daughter made a new "best friend". From the bottom of heart THANK YOU ladies!! :-)

angelval2231 Love the shop, atmosphere and workers. The only concern I have is having to wait for hot water to get hair done. This is a real inconvenience and such a problem. The shop has such wonderful updated equipment but not updated on the water issue.

Virginia Calhoun Ashlee is an absolute gem! Not only does she have a God-loving heart and the most beautiful, upbeat personality, but shes also incredibly talented at what she does. Every time I leave my appointment, my lashes look flawless—and I get compliments on them constantly! She takes her time to make sure everything is perfect, and you can really feel the care she puts into her work. Grateful to have found someone so skilled and kind. Highly recommend!

Kathryn Jones I drive an hour & 45 minutes one way to have my lashes done by Ashley. I always receive the experience of a five star resort spa at Reflections. It starts when I walk through the door with the relaxing aroma throughout the rooms. For her clients there is a comfortable heated table to lay on during your visit along with the perfect tunes playing to help you drift away. The quality of her work is outstanding! I receive so many compliments on my lashes. Reflections Beauty & Health Studio is the VERY BEST!!!

D B The gentleman that cut my sons hair did a great job and was very knowledgeable but when I went to schedule another appointment with him he didnt bother to tell me he was not working in the shop because he had to have knee surgery. I think it was extremely poor customer service not to notify me that he was not going to be available rather than having me and my son show up to see him after I scheduled the appointment on his webpage and after I sent him a text to confirm the appointment (he never responded). Some people are just not meant to be in business. Customer service is everything!!!!!!

She gave an honest opinion when i asked for help with my indescision of how I should proceed for a style and color suitable for a newly beginning job as a sales associate in a high end jewelry store.not only was she knowledgeable about current styles, techniques, and colors, her application of the craft was impeccable. She was personable and conversational without being a chatty Cathy annoyance. She is a lovely lady who seems to be living her life in a way that a successful, well raised, smart, young, respected, professional, woman should. Her prices were fair & even somewhat lower than current rates of similiar establishments in the same area. I did not feel as though Id overpaid for something I did not ask for or even hint at wanting( I have so many times in the past left a hairdressers salon only to go straight home and fix it the way I wanted myself). This woman is truly a master at her craft and knows whats shes doing! The location of her salon could not be more ideallyic nor more suited for a perfectly picturesque mom&daughters day of spoiling fun and relaxation
