Called for two weeks and they kept saying they’d call me back and NEVER called me back. Really hope this wasn’t a race thing. Finally after the second week I tried a new agency and they kept their word by sending me a quote that same day instead of lying and delaying a simple quote. I say simple because my policy with this company had JUST lapsed so you would think it shouldn’t take long for a new quote or to renew. Hoffman I do not recommend this insurance company. They are lying employees and do not care about the time of others. Also, each person in the insurance has a special price, as if it was just a game. I do not know how I got there, but I advise not to go to this company. No one should not be paying 300 or more for a own 2005 old work truck just used for work. 5mins away from my house.
