I spoke when I walk in the door they was supposed to speak first but no response.. so I stood there good for 5 minutes.. I was about to leave but they finally asked me do I need to make a payment instead of saying hello how are you... That location is the worst.. those ladies do not know anything about customer service but I will never go back in that location again... If I could talk to their superiors and let them know how they act I would... Just straight awful..

They referred me to a collision center with horrible reviews and then told me if I didnt want to use them to choose another collision company. I chose a company and they were $4 more than liberty mutual pays apparently and they left me with the balance. No where in my insurance contract does it say I would be responsible for paying a balance. What am I paying insurance for if I still have to come out of pocket with more than my deductible?
