Then when we got another phone to use they told us they needed a bill and when we stated we lived in a hotel they said they wouldn’t do it . So we had to walk from there all the way to OYO for nothing . Terrible customer service !!!

    Josh Miller: Employee asked for my email password, repeatedly, not the banking password (which you wouldnt give them either) my email password, insisted on having this. I gave her the wrong password knowing there was no legitimate need for her to have my email password. Charged fees for switching addresses on "dormant accounts" I never needed (savings tied to every product that charges little fees for all sorts of things). This would seem to disproportionately affect low income individuals who are the most likely to not deposit funds into a savings account and have a consistent address. Few locations and ATMs and overall not a competitive institution.
