Their workmanship is outstanding, and I was treated gently throughout the whole process. They even gave us a discount on a sapphire and white gold ring my husband purchased so Id have something to wear on that hand until the ring was repaired. It now looks great on the other hand! The husband was the one that was there, and pointed out that my ring came with a fitted band, which is exactly what I was looking for.
