Odyssey Jewelers Inc - Baton Rouge
Gordon Hutchinson: I have dealt with Odyssey Jewelers for all my jewelry needs for decades. They are a small, family owned store. The selection in-store is not like the big boxes, but they are artisans, and can create and design anything you like--and their prices are always more than fair--they try to please their customers. I have had numerous custom pieces designed and created by them after consultation, and the pieces have always been beautiful. If you are looking for an excellent price on a stone, recrafting an old piece, or simply shopping for that special piece for that special someone, you owe it to yourself to drop in this small, family-oriented jewelry store. They have a gemologist on staff, and can make fair appraisals on almost any jewelry you can bring in.
    Kendra Scott - Baton Rouge
Toliver Terica: I’m writing to share feedback regarding an unusual experience at your the Perkins Rowe location 5/18/25 around 3:30 to 4:00 PM. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted by the sales associate near the entrance. The associate, an older woman compared to the other representatives, stared at me blankly when I explained that I was looking for a replacement necklace similar to the one I was wearing. Even after I pointed to her necklace and asked if something similar was available, she only eventually mentioned that her necklace was from the fine jewelry section and was purchased at a large discount. I had to explicitly ask her to show me the fine jewelry section, after which she led me there but left without offering any further assistance or guidance. The interaction felt very odd and unwelcoming. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that it can be addressed, as it did not reflect the welcoming and attentive service I expect from Kendra Scott. However, now that I see the most recent reviews you’ve already been informed of this behavior. Your store reps have a serious problem and no one should shop here anymore.
