I received a thick bezel stud and a thin bezel stud. Still have not heard back 2 weeks later. Monica Galfre: I am so frustrated with the CAD department, on my last cad they lost my stones and today to make a simple halo pendant they charged $340.39 cad cam fee plus $99 plus $150 sketch fee. Are you kidding? its a 6mm halo pendant they already sell on their site. I am not impressed will never ever use their CAD overpriced service ever again.
