1 /5 Monica Galfre: I am so frustrated with the CAD department, on my last cad they lost my stones and today to make a simple halo pendant they charged $340.39 cad cam fee plus $99 plus $150 sketch fee. Are you kidding? its a 6mm halo pendant they already sell on their site. I am not impressed will never ever use their CAD overpriced service ever again.

5 /5 Barry Hallsted: I have worked with Stuller Setting now for 43 years. They have been fantastic! Recently I had a ring that I ordered including all of the diamonds. We had a comedy of errors for some reason. I had to re-order the ring 3 times. In the end, I spoke with a manager who went throgh the order history and he apologized and said, "we will make this right!" They certainly did. My client is now engaged and they are so happy with the end results. When I originally set up an account, it was with Matthew Stuller. Such a fine individual! I am so glad that in the end, Stuller Settings handled things the way Matthew Stuller would have handled things! Thank you Stuller Settings! I look forward to many more years doing business the Stuller way!

Sasha Asheghi: Sent my watch in to be repaired, I received it and the chronograph didnt work. The owner refused to acknowledge it was broken in their service. He started treating me like an idiot and began using a bunch of non-relevant analogies to describe the situation. I asked if he would have it repaired for free out of courtesy - he refused. As I was arguing with him several customers overheard and left the booth. At this point he began raising his voice and talking over me, then his employee joined in to double-header their yelling effort. The owner told me to "shut-up" when I tried to argue back and they didnt quiet down until I told them that they need to calm down and act professionally. In the end I got screwed, they wouldnt repair the chronograph without quoting me $50-$60. They wouldnt give me a refund for the original repair which was $20. 0/10 would not not return. Would consider actively canvassing against this business, thats how pissed I am.
