It matches the pictures to a t. The designers chose beautiful stones and executed the design flawlessly. I couldnt ask for a more beautiful ring. The process was easy and quick too. Belinda was helpful and truly kind and made me feel secure in my purchase. They made the ring quickly and had it done within a month in time for my wedding! The pricing was very competitive. I would recommend Ashley Blue Jewelers to everyone looking for a meaningful piece of jewelry.

Monica Galfre: I am so frustrated with the CAD department, on my last cad they lost my stones and today to make a simple halo pendant they charged $340.39 cad cam fee plus $99 plus $150 sketch fee. Are you kidding? its a 6mm halo pendant they already sell on their site. I am not impressed will never ever use their CAD overpriced service ever again.

That broke 2 days later his remedy was to color a used silver yellowish clasp with a sharpy to make it black. then told me no one will see it and when I said is this really how u going to fix this for one of your loyal customers.. he then gave me the bird and yelled at me and told me security was going to have me removed from the facility ...I wish I could take a picture and post it because my necklace and pendant are black chrome Masonic pieces and he put some girl flower silversh yellowish clasp on it... MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE IN THE MALL....I WILL NEVER GO BACK AFTER BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 15 YEARS ... TREASURES A COUPLE KEYASS OVER HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SKILLS ALWAYS WANT TO HELP ....AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO FIX MY PROBLEM FROM A WHOLE DIFFERENT STORE ... AND TREASURES PRICES AND QUAILITY ARE MUCH BETTER. MY RECOMENDATION IS NEVER GO TO THE SCAM ARTIS AT GOLD CENTER .... TREASURES IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO BE.....he also told me my necklace was only 15 dollars but sold it for 55 dollars . SCAM ARTISTS

Sasha Asheghi: Sent my watch in to be repaired, I received it and the chronograph didnt work. The owner refused to acknowledge it was broken in their service. He started treating me like an idiot and began using a bunch of non-relevant analogies to describe the situation. I asked if he would have it repaired for free out of courtesy - he refused. As I was arguing with him several customers overheard and left the booth. At this point he began raising his voice and talking over me, then his employee joined in to double-header their yelling effort. The owner told me to "shut-up" when I tried to argue back and they didnt quiet down until I told them that they need to calm down and act professionally. In the end I got screwed, they wouldnt repair the chronograph without quoting me $50-$60. They wouldnt give me a refund for the original repair which was $20. 0/10 would not not return. Would consider actively canvassing against this business, thats how pissed I am.
