Natalia deserves every one of those five stars. The others I spoke with deserve less than one.

    mercedes gaitan: Office hours in google say its opened until 6.30pm, in their office it says until 6pm, but I have left work early twice to get there on time and both times it was closed (at 5pm and 5.30pm). The second time I went, there was someone inside who I tried to signal just to ask them what are the actual office hours, but she decided to ignore me. Dont waste any of your time with this business.

    Zorek Richards: After 8 years of paying my car insurance on time all the time, I told them I had to cancel the AAA Emergency towing. Whoever was on the phone said OK, but we will have to cancel your car insurance also. What an insult to intelligence. When I had AAA insurance in Missouri I never had their towing plan and it was fine. So rules seem to be made up as they go, or I had to talk to someone who doesnt know what they are talking about.

    Felicity Langlois: Like many others- I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars, progressive is absolutely the worst car insurance I’ve ever had- not only did they charge me to cancel with them years ago (and conveniently didn’t tell me they were charging me, leading to my credit tanking) but my agent is seemingly refusing to put the correct address on file and now they want to charge me SEVEN HUNDRED EXTRA!!! EXTRA!!! dollars a month or they’ll cancel my policy today. This is absolutely ridiculous, the customer service rep I talked to was lovely, and explained it would be MUCH faster to go through my agent, but here I am, two weeks later, $700 in debt to progressive with no coverage. I paid for 6 months of coverage up front , my family has known this man for decades and this is the treatment we get.

I was surprised to learn that MS no longer had a GEICO office, but not an issue I was referred to the closest office in Mandeville, LA and Brooke took excellent care of my insurance needs. I got better coverage, at a better price, a win-win.
