Complained about the trash/lack of envelopes available over two months ago. Was told that the issue would be resolved.
Evidently, it has not.
Very frustrating getting off of work and making an unsuccessful after-hours deposit attempt in the depository….
Especially with the bank itself having such short hours.

Equipment is outdated, as the ATM does not allow for cash deposits. This is extremely inconvenient as the hours are not easily accessible for those that work. Sure, you could go through the drive-thru during your lunch-break; however, the line is often backed up due to everyone trying to access the lines at this time.
On my visit during 12/06/2021, only one lane was open during lunch, all others were shut down, and the line was wrapped around the building.
Next, the ATM area is consistently trashed. There are often no envelopes provided to make deposit drops, which you could imagine the inconvenience of this with the bank having such short hours as it is.
I tried to make a deposit after work, while the bank was closed. I didn’t think it would be an issue until I arrived and seen that there were no envelopes available for use.
Instead, the envelope holder was being used as a trash can for ATM receipts.
Which brings me to another issue, the parking-lot of the ATM area is continuously filled with garbage ranging from paper receipts to cigarettes.
Earlier in the week of last week, a deposit was made by me in the drive-thru. After several days, I realized that my deposit did not post. I called the bank and was informed that “Oops, the deposit was not scanned.”
Thankfully, this was caught by myself or this issue may have went unnoticed due to a careless error on the banks behalf.
However, these are all minor issues compared to my main issue with this bank!
They have no procedures in effect to assist and notify their customers prior to over-drafting their accounts, but have no issues charging multiple overdraft fees.
In a time like the present, in reference to Covid, this is horrible.
People are struggling and this “policy” has no respect for that.
Lastly, all above issues were reported to the appropriate corporate personnel, and I was asked to be contacted by said individuals, in reference to these issues.
However, I was not contacted by anyone from customer service and instead was contacted by the manager from my local bank branch, of whom I have already spoke with multiple times.
As one could easily determine, it has been one issue after the other, to say the least!
