She was always availabe for us. If she was at lunch or away from her desk , which seemed to be rare she always got right back with us. Always pleasent and the sweetest person we have ever banked with. We had been ( and still have 1 small account) members of a credit union in Florida for over 34 years but we fell in love with Priscilla and her team and therefore moved all our direct deposits and business to Centeic.     Ace Winters: My dad sent me a check from this credit union, and nobody will answer ANY of the phone lines to verify it in order for me to cash it. I might understand if it was just the fact that Im living out-of-state and they dont answer Colorado phone numbers like the check-cashing place has, but I still have my 318 number and they still arent picking up. Ive tried three different phone menu options and they ALL just ring for ten minutes and then hang up. Every single line has the same dial-menu, even the local branch numbers, and not a single one of them works. This is unacceptably terrible service. Update: they STILL arent answering the phones, and have now reported the check to my bank as fraudulent, meaning that I now have to repeat the entire mailing process again, which puts a huge crunch for time on my entire wedding. My father just had a heart attack and I was so happy to think that I gave the check to my new bank and they would take care of it so he would be able to recover in peace, which I now know was a false hope. I reached out to the email, and they told me to call the number. Absolutely useless.
