1 /5 Tracie Greely: I wont say its the place..I dropped my wedding at off to be resized. I contacted the number provided directly to the people who is doing the repair; the young lady told me that I needed to speak to someone directly at the place and good luck. No remorse, no recourse. Im unable to cancel it like my husband had requested, and still after a month no ring. I cant say that I will ever refer for this service again.

3 /5 Joseph ORourke: Couldnt believe how chaotic the mens department was. Attached photos. Of course we always accept a few things out of place in a store, but its like this store just stopped caring about their mens section. Afraid to shop any further...so I left.

1 /5 UJ R: Unprofessional. Standing around congregating instead of asking customers if they need help. It has been a while since I actually bought anything from here because you cant ever find help. Circling around looking for registers or help locating an item. I ordered some items online but had to come back later to bring my elderly father in to get an anniversary and birthday gift for my mom. I will not be shopping at this location ever. I worked at this store for years. Its embarrassing shopping in here now. I completely understand why brick and mortar are shutting down. I hate it but if you make your customers feel like you are a bother or you dont acknowledge them, what is the point. Order online , pick up and have as little interaction as possible. I will be returning the items that I ordered online. I can and I will spend my money elsewhere.
