Thankfully we do have jewelry insurance, but we have never had to file a claim so this was new territory for us. Once we filed the initial claim Garrin and Scott handled the rest! The ring wound up being unrepairable, and they both understood my vision for a redesign way better than even I did. My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received and the quality of the work they performed. They really went above and beyond! This was our first experience working with Johnson Diamond Jewelers, and it was a great first impression. We will definitely be back!

During our visit we spoke with probably 6 different employees at different times for different reasons. Without exception they were intelligent/fast on the uptake & well spoken, genuinely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It must be a great place to work & with a good boss to have collected so many outstanding employees. We both liked the shop and my wife could have shopped for a couple of hours. On the other hand, I never shop anywhere. I go to buy & get out. ... But I really like the shop! Go & enjoy!
