5 /5 James Leger: Clara and her crew at the Pecanland Mall on 4/7/25 are the best ever! Jaffe Jewelers charged me $14 to have my rings cleaned and they absolutely destroyed them. They were tarnished, oxidized and just ugly. Jaffe Jewelers tried to blame me for lying to them about what the rings were made of. Kay Jewelers said nahh we got this and made them look absolutely brand new. I wish I had a before pic because I cannot express enough how ruined my rings were. Thank you so much Clara and crew!

Tommalynn Ezell: My granddaughter received her senior ring and it turned her finger black. We took it to a jeweler who confirmed her ring was a fake. Balfour returned the ring under warranty conditions and she received a new one. The new ring is not finished. The inside of the ring is not polished and has rough edges with sharp places. This has been extremely disappointing to her and a loss of a great deal of money considering the ring can not be worn.

Tracie Greely: I wont say its the place..I dropped my wedding at off to be resized. I contacted the number provided directly to the people who is doing the repair; the young lady told me that I needed to speak to someone directly at the place and good luck. No remorse, no recourse. Im unable to cancel it like my husband had requested, and still after a month no ring. I cant say that I will ever refer for this service again.

Craig Carmouche, like his father, offers a one on one service and explains and and answers all of your questions. But most of all, he is very friendly and helpful.

Crystal Chachere: I had some rings that needed to be repaired. I had one that I had a broken prong, and 2 that needed to be sized up. They were really nice, does quality work and the prices were really decent. The lady I spoke to mostly speaks Spanish and I speak English. That said, the translate app made it very easy to communicate! I have a few more pieces of jewelry to have repaired and I’m bringing it straight to them! These are the 2 rings that needed to be sized up and you can’t tell! The last picture is the prong that was replaced and you can’t tell that was repaired either! All of my rings were cleaned and polished when I got them back!
