I was first out and I was explaining to her what I needed and she refused had a very bad attitude if you’re looking to get your license or anything go somewhere else don’t waste your time there. It’s like the little kids that work at fast food restaurants, bad attitude, man with the world.

I was paying more for my policy, so I asked for it to be shopped for a lower quote!!!! The worse thing I could have done...By doing this it changed my agent to Greg because it is considered new business. Which is wrong my agent was great and we had built a relationship over the years. Now I have Greg who has made so many mistakes it is unbelievable and too many to mention... All I can say just because you have an declaration page does mean you have insurance!!!!! Check every month because Greg won’t and you may find out to late!!!!! This use to be a great company to do business with not sure what is going on. But if your company doesn’t fix it you will eventually have to close do to lost of clients!!!!! Help yourself before it late... praying you get it together.
