Michelle is such a sweet person.I was very impressed with her dedication. She went above and beyond to address my need and concerns. Whenever we hung up from talking i felt truly valued and respected. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions about the change in my insurance. I was also impressed by Michelles friendly and approachable attitude, which made the entire experience talking with her enjoyable.
