1 /5 C R: I wish I could give you all a (-10). I had my brakes done at this place months ago and they havent stopped squeaking yet!! I have brought my vehicle back several times and they claim not to hear the noise. Yet I was told that it must be "another part". If you cant hear the noise, why would you suggest that it must be another part??? Furthermore, why would the guy at the front desk appear perturbed after seeing me return several times for the same issue??? You all created the problem. I did not hear any noise with my brakes prior to replacing them at your facility.
POOR CUSOMER SERVICE!!!! My brakes havent stopped squeaking yet! A total loss of nearly $500!!!!

It says alot about you, the owner, that you would reply to my review by making a false claim based on a negative review of your business. Thank you for making this personal. Rather than address my concerns, you opted to deflect to my previous reviews. You actually clicked on my profile and went through allllll of my previous reviews.
Lol!!!! Who does that? Need I say more... I guess you would attempt to respond differently if my previous reviews were all 5 stars.?!?. Lol!!! Well guess what? It doesnt work that way! NEWSFLASH: People provide reviews that are primarily good or bad. FACT CHECK: Most of my reviews fall somewhere in between. But why is that your concern? Would you say that I just had to write a negative review if all of my reviews were 5 stars and your establishment received a 1 star? Makes no sense right? Neither does your inaccurate claim. Nonetheless, I am glad that you have repeat customers. Good for you! However, I stand by my experience.
