Having the coffee and beverage stations is great as well. They have a sports book and multiple restaurants. Regular parking is very convenient along with the valet parking option.

Cash Magic Lucky Magnolia - Denham Springs Cheryl Gray: Biases abound in this country, rural, and good ole boy establishment. They ban people of color and low income from being able to enter the casino or the truck stop for minor infractions. Yes some behaviors warrant administrating such tactics however; there are ones like mine that have BANNED ME FROM ENTERING THE CASINO FOREVER. 15 years ago I MISTAKENLY cashed in an expired coupon for $10. When I was told about it I quickly remitted the $10 in cash to the casino. This happened in 2-3 days later. However, after seeking admission back into the casino after these 15 years, I was told that the head manager agreed with the decision to continue my ban. Yet when I spoke with Mr. Judd over the phone he said that if he banned everyone who had an expired coupon; he wouldn’t have any customers. He told me to speak with manager Mark (described as a Christian and kind hearted man), assuming he wouldn’t be so difficult to deal with for this old, reimbursed venue to allow my reentry into the casino. Yet Mark , being fed bull by.2 female casino workers who don’t like me at all. They have made it their express duty to tell any new manager the story of my banning so that the ban will remain year after year and manager after manager. No I wouldn’t recommend!
Gun Lake Casino Resort - Wayland Scott Cole: Booked a room for my wifes birthday. She has gambled there before while vacationing in Holland and liked the casino. First off, the parking arrangements are terrible. Self parking is a joke unless you want to walk 1/2 mile. The parking garage is located on the far side of the complex and hard to find the entrance. Used the valet, which I generally dont like to do. Arrived slightly after 3pm and the room was not ready. We were told to come back at 3:30pm and the line for check in (with only 2 attendants) was backed up to the entrance door. Took 20 minutes to check in! Worse, I had gotten my veterans card from Gun Lake and asked if the discount could be applied. The clerk said my wife had more credits due to losses on previous visits and her discount would be more than the veterans discount. Bottom line was NO discount was ever applied to the overpriced $275.00 room. To make matter worse there was NO valet available when we checked out. The front desk got me my key and I went and got my own car.....Bottom line, there are much better casinos in Michigan. The Soaring Eagle could provide them valuable input on how to improve customer service and guest experience. I will NOT be back!
Gators Den Casino - Tallulah Morris Wolfe: If I could, I would give it ZERO stars... Im an owner operator, stuck in this small town waiting to pick up my load tomorrow and decided to visit this place... horrible idea on my part! The security guard was so RUDE because I walked in with a soda that I bought from next door. He quickly told me that I couldnt bring it in before I could finish wiping my feet, I replied "ok, cool". So, I asked do they serve drinks in here or do I have to buy a drink to stay. He replied they have drinks but I needed to leave. So, I turned to walk back out the door, reached in my pocket for a cigarette and he walked up behind me and told the bartender to call the police, to which she agreed, cause he wasnt dealing with this... at this point, Im extremely confused as to what I had did wrong. I was in there less than 60 seconds and will NEVER return. If you not from this place, DONT GO HERE, BEWARE!!! They arent nice to you if youre not from here and will call the police for anything, even if its as simple as a soda!
