5 /5 Andrew Little: I was very impressed with the food here. I had the alligator andouille po-boy with a side of the shrimp etouffee. Po-boy was very fresh with perfect bread. One of the best po boys I have had. Now the Shrimp etouffee, this was amazing. It was delicious and hearty so I ordered one to go to have later. Can’t wait to be back in Shreveport to come back to this.

5 /5 Sara Weber: Excellent food & service! The half poboys & cajun cups were a perfect meal! We had the alligator andouille & the boudin poboys on french bread - hard to pick a favorite! The house sauce with the gator had amazing flavor! The red beans were seasoned perfectly, and we ordered the bread pudding to go - it was the best Ive had! And the Community tea is always a good choice! Well definitely be back!

5 /5 Anthony Watkins: On the road back to Dallas, I randomly got a craving for Cajun food. Hopped on TikTok, found this spot, and it just happened to be six minutes away. What was supposed to be a quick to-go order turned into me eating everything at the bar and ordering more to take with me. Everything was packed with flavor. The boudin po’ boy was fire, and the crawfish pepper jack mac and cheese was insane. The red beans and the gumbeaux were just as good. If I lived here, I would be here every week.

5 /5 Ariel Harris: I really enjoyed myself here. The staff were the best and had great customer service. Our waitress was helpful. It was a nice atmosphere and vibe. I had the shrimp po boy and the shrimp etouffee. The po boy was not what I expected more bread than anything with super small shrimp and the shrimp were cold also. The shrimp etouffee was perfect. No complaints.
