4 /5 Tae Tae: My husband heard some good things about this restaurant so we drove from Lake Charles to here.
We got here at 7 on a Saturday. It took about 20 minutes to be seated and additional 20 minutes to get our appetizer. Considering the restaurant being full, the service itself was fairly organized and quick. Friendly staff is a 5 star. The band was playing and Mardi Gras’ lights were on inside so the atmosphere I give a 5 star as well.
Food- we ordered stuffed jalapeño, devils on the horse back, boiled crabs and boiled crawfish
Devils on the horse back was very delicious but i wouldn’t come here just to eat here because boiled crawfish and crabs weren’t that good. Crawfish seasoning was very mild and crabs were kind of cold and salty- hard to taste the original crab flavor. Also, oysters were on the menu but they weren’t available.
