5 /5 E A: Beans are smoky, well-priced, and well seasoned. Lots of helpful employees were stationed there for the day on a weekday. Wonderful chunks of meat in the jambalaya to accompany the flavorful rice makes their signature dish shine. I would go over there to accompany my workout any day. Yummy spot to get grub for one or a bunch. Ill be back!

3 /5 Kale Frederic: Pork Roast is usually alot better and alot darker. Today it was kind of plain and barely brown. The Gonzales location always gets it right. I was kinda disappointed in the Donaldsonville location today.
