On Wed I was told my car would be ready the next day (Thu), but I never got a call so I ended up calling him Fri morning and afternoon before my car was ready around 2pm (my daughter needed to go to an eye doctor in BR unexpectedly, my car had been there since Mon afternoon, and I needed to know if I would get it back before the weekend).

Jay Morel I have used Berthelot’s Automotive for all of my vehicle repairs since they have been in business. I have always found them to do good quality work at a fare price and in a timely manner. They have done excellent work on the most complex stuff to the simple stuff and never tried to make something out to be more than it is. They are good people and will continue to get my business.

amanda sefcik Kevin is the most honest, loyal & well qualified mechanic that I have encountered. He is precise and thorough with his diagnosis. He does not try to just change parts like some mechanics do.Also he does not try to price gouge or charged for unnecessary items that did not need to be addressed at the time of service. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Anthony Boudreaux I don’t usually do google reviews, but the things I went through with this body shop is ridiculous, and I don’t want anyone else to be in my situation. They have had my vehicle for over 3 months, the vehicle is still not ready. Nothing major was wrong with the vehicle, so it’s no way the vehicle should’ve been in the shop this long. I have been hearing it a be ready for every week, yet when it’s pose to be ready, still not ready. Front desk lady was very rude and inconsiderate. If you don’t want to get messed over, don’t take your vehicle here.

Donna George Ms. Minnie is very rude and dont know what good customer service is. My husbands car was in the shop for almost four months was charged for work that was not done properly and that was discovered by the dealers. Shame on yall to do people that way. KARMA and JESUS they are REAL.

Joshua Business Sent my vehicle here to get some work done, and I would never in my LIFE recommend this place. Im a liscense technician. but he didnt know that nor did i want to tell him. . Only reason I brought my vehicle here was because I didnt feel like messing with it anymore and i was working alot in a different field., but the owner is only trying get money out of people. One min. Its one thing, then its another, ultimately it was the whole motor, supposedly. My vehicle sat in the same spot as i drove and rode by, undiagnosed for a very long time, Just to have it guessed. And I know this because when i finally got a chance to show up, i saw webbs around the bottom of my tires from ground to tire as if it was never brought into the shop to get a good diagnostic. Smh, so i showed up, talked with him, he told me he took the top part of my motor loose, so i asked to look in my vehicle, he walked out there with my key, block my driver door so i couldnt pop my hood to see what was done under the hood of my vehicle. I asked him, can you pop my hood, he asking why you need it popped and telling me its no reason to pop it. I dont believe he even diagnosticed it all. Honestly, he didnt know what was wrong and its like he just he dont know when to give up and refer a customer to a better place. Theres is 2 type of people who work on vehicles, and thats machanic and technicians. This guy is a machinc, no need to come here. Then after I pay for diagnostic, and tell him im selling it he decides to go talk to my buyer before I can talk to my buyer. Telling him whats wrong with it, and how its messed up with out my buyer even asking. I should have been present, but I thank my buyer for letting me know.. if I could give this place zero stars I would.

Ian Bradley Excellent service, Excellent prices. They did a full mount and balance a while back for some new tires that came in the very next day, all for under 800$. Thats a good deal and those tires are still doing very well 2 years later. They also just changed my bake pads and turned my rotors, no complaints. Friendly service as well!

Tammie Wofford I went and got 4 new tires for my Camaro and my car has never driven better. Everyone was very nice, Ms. Debbie in the office is very very nice. We are returning to get tires for our other vehicle. Will definitely suggest to go here.

They care and the owner is on site most days working with his crew. This is a family run business. Which I support over big corporations if I can they are honorable and care about their customers. You would be wise to take your vehicle here!!!
