He does not try to just change parts like some mechanics do.Also he does not try to price gouge or charged for unnecessary items that did not need to be addressed at the time of service. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

1 /5 Rocio Casanova: I took my vehicle to them because it wouldnt start and they had it for more than a month and they couldnt fix it. I had to take it to another mechanic. I only received a call once during the entire time it was there, very unprofessional to be honest.

5 /5 Jim Campbell: I am from North Carolina. I was passing through Plaquemine a little over a year ago and I was involved a bump up right across the street from Joes Care Care. The front end of my sons FJ got bent up pretty good. After a review of the problem Joe did everything that he could to help us. When it was determined that he could not fix it within the day he allowed my family to use his waiting room as an office while we spoke with Insurance, Car Rental companies and a Towing company. The guy that worked for him was very friendly too.
