1 /5 Anthony Boudreaux: I don’t usually do google reviews, but the things I went through with this body shop is ridiculous, and I don’t want anyone else to be in my situation. They have had my vehicle for over 3 months, the vehicle is still not ready. Nothing major was wrong with the vehicle, so it’s no way the vehicle should’ve been in the shop this long. I have been hearing it a be ready for every week, yet when it’s pose to be ready, still not ready. Front desk lady was very rude and inconsiderate. If you don’t want to get messed over, don’t take your vehicle here.

2 /5 Donna George: Ms. Minnie is very rude and dont know what good customer service is. My husbands car was in the shop for almost four months was charged for work that was not done properly and that was discovered by the dealers. Shame on yall to do people that way. KARMA and JESUS they are REAL.

1 /5 Austin Maloney: Very unprofessional repairs. If you want the job done right go somewhere else! After dropping my truck off the second time for the same job it still has damage caused by poor quality installation of my bumper which chipped my paint and they put my chrome emblem in the wrong spot! I brought it up 3 times but its still in the wrong spot! I would never recommend this place.

5 /5 Tosha Slayton: Priority Paint & Body did an AMAZING JOB on my 2018 Honda Civic which had extensive body damage done to the front end. I couldnt imagine anyone else doing the body work on my car and making it look brand new. These guys are THE BEST!!!! Mark, Dustin and Ms. Minnie were absolutely amazing. They kept me abrupt on the entire process and where there to answer any questions or concerns I had. #1 Body Shop on South Louisiana thats for sure!!!!

1 /5 wwarne4: I wouldn’t take my baby’s toy care here to get fixed! This time place is an unprofessional joke. I have been without my truck since October and now I’m starting to think they don’t know how to fix the damage. Then, every time you call the lady who answers the phone has a different lie. I had a wreck and also had to do an insurance claim outside of the wreck because my truck magically came up with damage to a part of the vehicle that was not affected by the wreck. as long as they’ve had my truck it better be a 2023 when they get done, cuz they definitely must be making a whole new truck.DISGUSTING!!!!!!
