Everyone is very friendly, generous, knowledgeable, professional and respectful. Speaking on the phone many times with Treatment Coordinator Kaitlin R. who has great customer service. She has provided me with knowledgeable information regarding recommendations, treatment and financial options as well as gone above and beyond of scheduling my appointment as quickly as possible. Hygienist Darlene and Assistant Carolina made sure I didn’t experience any pains and was comfortable doing the procedure. Upon checking out I FINALLY gotten the chance of meeting Kaitlin R. whom I was talking with on the phone. Everyone gave me the assurance I needed. I’ll DEFINITELY will see you guys again soon. YOU GUYS ARE FANTASTIC!!

Its painless and quick! Front desk service was awesome. I HIGHLY recommend to come here. Currently PAIN FREE!

What they don’t tell you—until after the work is done—is that the dentist whose credentials qualify them for your plan left years ago. Because they never updated the insurance roster, my claim was processed as out‑of‑network, leaving me with a hefty surprise bill. Here’s the playbook they used on me: False Listing: They let the outdated provider listing stay on major insurance databases, so searches for “in‑network dentists” point straight to them. No Disclosure: When you book the appointment and give your insurance info, no one bothers to mention they’re out of network. Sticker Shock: After treatment, your insurer rejects the claim. Affordable Smiles then hounds you for payment on a balance you thought would be covered. Zero Accountability: When confronted, staff hide behind “policy” instead of owning the deception or helping resolve the mess they created. Whether you value honest billing, transparent communication, or just hate surprise dental debt, do yourself a favor and avoid Affordable Smiles. Call your insurer directly to confirm a dentist’s active network status—because this office certainly won’t. I wish someone had warned me; consider this your warning.

5 /5 Nicole Canarte: From entrance to exit,the staff and the office is very professional and extra welcoming. Team is knowledgeable in all they do and explain everything. This facility and staff made me feel welcomed and safe. With years of fear of going to the dentist I’m happy I ended up choosing them for my care. I was able to get a next day appointment followed by a next day procedure. Treatment plan and options were discussed and questions answered. I never felt like I was just ambushed with things or prices, nor rushed to choose or leave. I LOVED IT! Special thanks to Gina,Kat,Katelyn,Carolina,Jasonia for being the most welcoming,helpful,reassuring staff! You guys rock and are an awesome team! Thanks to Dr Landry who recommended what needed to be done and to Dr Sanders for taking over for procedures. Both absolutely professional and awesome! But Dr Sanders takes the win on making me super comfortable during procedure and making me feel 100%. Amazing amazing TEAM!
