5 /5 Natasha Smith: TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The staff is amazing and so pleasant. This spa is clean, bright and upscale with great vibes. My nail tech Nancy is the best! Tina did a great job on my daughter natural nails and Alex has to be the pedicure whisperer because my feet felt amazing after he got done!! I recommend this nail spa to EVERYONE!! I’m ready to sign my lifetime customer contract! I rate them 10 out of 10!!

5 /5 Courtney Wilson: I have been a customer of Allure Nails and Spa since they opened. Prior to that, I have had my nails done by various salons in the Shreveport-Bossier area for over 15 years. The reason that I continue to return to Allure is because this salon is one of the most professional and personable salons that Ive ever visited. I am treated like family in addition to receiving top tier services. The salon is also one of the cleanest salons that Ive seen. One thing that I personally appreciate is that I am not just a number. I receive the same quality of service each time and Ive never been rushed through my services (even if it is extremely busy or approaching closing time). I have received services from more than one technician, and they all provide the same quality work. Nancy is the G.O.A.T. of nail care. She helps educate me in knowing what is best for my nails and how to achieve the look that I desire.

The staff here is really put together and on top of things, everything is so efficient. The salon is really nicely decorated and clean. I got pink jelly polish and my nail technician (I think her name was Katie) did an amazing job. It came out to about $70. I’m super happy!!

Ms. Michelle blew my mind with how helpful, kind and patient she was and she gave me the BEST mani pedi I’ve ever had in my life! I’m usually very picky when it comes to my nails and I didn’t have to tell her a single thing!! She went to work and the result was everything I’ve been trying to tell other nail techs for years! I didn’t even have to refile after my visit like I had to every where else!! Absolute perfection!! I give this place a 20/10!! Luxury Nails & Spa - Shreveport C-Ann Taylor: When I go I only get the pedicure the deluxe $45 it is worth it! I also took my husband and got him a pedicure for his birthday and he absolutely loved it. He doesnt have the best of feet but his technician was very professional and did an outstanding job. I couldnt recommend a better place. Its a nice calm peaceful quiet environment and everyone is very professional. My nails look great!
