2 /5 April Loggin - Campbell: Typically, I have a decent experience at this establishment. I never get pedicures here, but I get my nails done. I’ve gone at least a dozen times with average service, but the cost was great compared to other spots. So I dealt with mediocre. After this last trip, I will never enter this place again. The lady that appears to own/run the place is the one that did my nails. Theh were uneven and thick. Wonky is the word I use. And I dealt with it… But… They have been done only one week and they have already cracked, The color has peeled off, and she cut my cuticles when trying to speed through the service. I work at an office job, and there are no reason my cuticles should look like this. She tore my fingers up. I am extremely disappointed and I am now looking for a new location to use. I felt rushed through there many times before, but was willing to compromise. However, I work extremely hard for my money, and a manicure that last less than a week is bull! I have proof from my bank account showing the date that I got my nails done and pictures of my torn up fingers and cracked fingernails date and time stamped. You guys need to do better.

Matter of fact do not deserve a star honestly, they rushed me out their salon so fast then the lady Kim had an attitude and literally half did my nails one hand she did all the way then the next one she slopped over it and oh yeah they over price for BEGINNER WORK! Won’t see me again. If you DONT want your nails fat and looking like your 6 year old did them I wouldn’t recommend. This is crazy and cost me $60 bucks

1 /5 ck Kreiner: The worst place ever , very poor service. I don’t recommend it, pls avoid this horrible place. I went there last week of March to be pampered: manicure and pedicure because it’s my birthday. The girl who worked on my nails works so fast and talks so fast with their colleague in their language… very rude they don’t even interact with the customer . Mani/pedi was done just over 30 minutes. I asked her why not remove my cuticle and she replied, I will do that next time. I am paying now to have them cleaned and removed and she insisted , she will do it next time. So I said there is no more next time if this is how you do your manicure and pedicure. It’s all about rushing in everything that they do so they can do more people coming in without appointment but quality service … underrated … its all about quantity not quality !!!! To get next one in… Very poor service , she rushed and done in just over 30 minutes

1 /5 Kurstie Doles: WORST SERVICE EVER. Went for a pedicure and the entire service lasted no more than 10 min. The pedicure was extremely rushed. Paid $60 for a “pedicure” that basically consisted of only painting my toes. The best part is that I now have an infected toe from god knows what. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

1 /5 Shanika Rucks: Worst service ever the last two times I’ve been going there yesterday when I asked for my nails to be done ombré with two diamond designs she told me with the nasty rude attitude we don’t have that after I just showed you . what I wanted verses what they wanted me to have. When me nails was finish both of nail techs told me rudely when your nails dry you done. When I say they lost me as a customer I’ve never go back to that nail shop. I wouldn’t recommend in one to go there. My picture what I wanted verses went, she wanted me to have.
