Mackenzie Faircloth Love love love my nails. Been going here for a year or two. Once you get over the fact that the workers don’t talk to you while doing your nails or when you first walk in it’s a decent little place.

Karan Bowman My mom is 85 and never had professional pedicure. The woman who gave the pedicure took her time, was gentle and professional. My mom was so happy. She said it was worth the $30.00 and wants to go back monthly.

Dusty Davis This is a nail salon. They do really great work. They can do a variety of styles and designs for a great price. Very nice people and family friendly.

Lindsay Lewis Very professional and so friendly and kind to my two young daughters! Both individuals that did our pedicures were incredibly patient and engaging with my girls and that means a lot to a mama! The gentleman you see in the photos took such extra care and time to make sure my girls nails/toes were perfect and very patient when they messed a couple nails up. Highly recommend this salon. My pedicure also turned out wonderfully.

Jessie Leanne The lady who works in there is really rude and constantly was smacking my hand, my nail was crooked and she tried to tell me my perfectly straight finger was crooked and i had them refix it and my nails still look awful. They aren’t even all the way on the nail beds. And also what is this shape? Bc i don’t see almond or oval they’re supposed to cat eye and you can see straight through them. please refund my money card ending in 9115. Thanks

Sabeen Wazir Originally I had posted a 2 star review without commenting because I didnt want to go into details. The owner, however, was extremely unprofessional- which you can see in a photo I have attached. Usually if you receive a bad review, Id expect a business to at least inquire on the service but they went straight to wishing bad luck. I have attached photos of my nails below. Before settling on these nails, I asked for two other designs, which were declined. I asked for a pomegranate color and I was given orange and hot pink, which I declined. The worst part was the person who did my manicure, asked me if I had a bf, if I had roommates, and personal questions that I dont want to share on Google. Needless to say, an unprofessional employer definitely has unprofessional employees. Oh and I bled on two nails.

Erika Spivey I came in stiff and could barely bend over. The “Heavenly Hands” and the “Full Body Scrub” are amazing and always get me exactly how i need to be. This photo is how relaxing the room is along with soothing music and hot massage oils. Highly recommend!!

They made me feel welcomed. So friendly and professional. They did a wonderful job on taking the other nails off and doing a new set!

Havon Book OMG best Nail salon ever! They were so nice and even gave me a prop for my phone while I was FaceTiming somebody. They were extremely nice. They did my nails absolutely perfect!!!! I showed them the picture only twice and she got it absolutely perfectly and they are soooooo cute❤️ I got acrylic almond shaped French nails with cherries on them and they are so cute and absolutely perfect❤️❤️❤️

Lauren Be careful if you go here. My nails turned out fine and look cute (even though one nail started bleeding when they were taking off old nails). However, I got my eyebrows waxed and now have folliculitis across my t-zone where the wax was applied. Would not go again

Mary-Kathryn McGuffee First time at salon to get gel nails and they started peeling off only on one hand within 5 days. I called and told them what happened and they told me to come back and get it fixed. I went back and when I confronted the lady who did it she said I was wrong and she didn’t. I told her she did do my nails and she told me to sit and it would be a minute. After about 10 min of waiting she came to me and said I would have to repay for the entire thing because “it was my nails.” I told her that gel nails last 2-3 weeks for me and it’s not my nails since it was only one hand. She refused to redo my nails. I will not be back and will let all other friends know not to come here.

Kelisia Andrews The attitudes were horrible between ladies that work in the shop. After every African American woman left, they talked in their language in deep detail. I was told to sit down in pedicure chair without asking which option I wanted. Without a massage on my feet I asked do they not do massages and she said I have to ask for one and tell them what package I want. Mind you they display a service that they do not provide. A lady came in for a pedicure as I was finishing up and they are using the same tools on her feet that they used on me. I will not be back!!! The worst experience. I should have known better when I read the sign that said they are not medically liable for anything once you leave the shop.

Melba Burson They do a good enough job on manicures & pedicures. Just wish they would smile, talk and realize their customers can go elsewhere. Dont really know why I keep going back. They dont need my infrequent business. Different culture, I guess. Surely everyone of their nationality arent that unfriendly, are they? Are they rude to everyone else also? Id really like to know!

Michelle Collins I went in on Saturday with my daughter, my nails are absolutely beautiful. The nail techs, the owner and his daughter do an amazing job. They are courteous, professional and affordable. I will continue to come to this nail salon for my pedicures and manicures.

A R I was a walk-in for a pedicure. The owners were so nice and fun to talk to, and I got a great pedicure. This salon has less pedicure/manicure stations than others in town, but dont let that stop you. I will make appointments from now on to be on safe side. It was so nice being in a clean, nicely decorated, well kept salon, and I really like and appreciate that.

Kaitlyn Williams Had a dip manicure done on Monday. Staff was friendly. When she finished, she said $60. $60?? For a dip manicure?? I’ve never paid more than $40. That’s just crazy. Then after a couple days, the edges start to fall off. By Friday, the dip had completely lifted off.

Linda Lasserre Fantastic experience, beautiful nails. Annie is amazing on solar. New to WM and I’ve tried a few places in town and have been seriously disappointed by all (unclean practices, lifting nails, rough with tools). Anna fixed the damage, was gentle, thorough, very friendly and the quality is top notch. The ladies there are so friendly and fun. I will be a customer for life. Highly recommend!!

Becky Barras This is the best nail salon in West Monroe! I have had my nails done at other salons in the area, but I wasnt impressed with their work. Annie is very detail oriented and the quality of her work is unbeatable. The salon is very clean, the staff is friendly, and they have a constant flow of customers. Appointments are definitely recommended.

Keisha Watson My brother treated myself, my mother, and my neenaw to an amazing spa day hosted by SpaNouvelle! They were amazing! Although we felt completely out of place they made us feel right at home with their hospitality and bundles of information! My massage was to die for! I wish I could see her daily! And my very first facial was pretty interesting! My facialist was very informative! Definitely recommend!

April Loggin - Campbell Typically, I have a decent experience at this establishment. I never get pedicures here, but I get my nails done. I’ve gone at least a dozen times with average service, but the cost was great compared to other spots. So I dealt with mediocre. After this last trip, I will never enter this place again. The lady that appears to own/run the place is the one that did my nails. Theh were uneven and thick. Wonky is the word I use. And I dealt with it… But… They have been done only one week and they have already cracked, The color has peeled off, and she cut my cuticles when trying to speed through the service. I work at an office job, and there are no reason my cuticles should look like this. She tore my fingers up. I am extremely disappointed and I am now looking for a new location to use. I felt rushed through there many times before, but was willing to compromise. However, I work extremely hard for my money, and a manicure that last less than a week is bull! I have proof from my bank account showing the date that I got my nails done and pictures of my torn up fingers and cracked fingernails date and time stamped. You guys need to do better.

Matter of fact do not deserve a star honestly, they rushed me out their salon so fast then the lady Kim had an attitude and literally half did my nails one hand she did all the way then the next one she slopped over it and oh yeah they over price for BEGINNER WORK! Won’t see me again. If you DONT want your nails fat and looking like your 6 year old did them I wouldn’t recommend. This is crazy and cost me $60 bucks

ck Kreiner The worst place ever , very poor service. I don’t recommend it, pls avoid this horrible place. I went there last week of March to be pampered: manicure and pedicure because it’s my birthday. The girl who worked on my nails works so fast and talks so fast with their colleague in their language… very rude they don’t even interact with the customer . Mani/pedi was done just over 30 minutes. I asked her why not remove my cuticle and she replied, I will do that next time. I am paying now to have them cleaned and removed and she insisted , she will do it next time. So I said there is no more next time if this is how you do your manicure and pedicure. It’s all about rushing in everything that they do so they can do more people coming in without appointment but quality service … underrated … its all about quantity not quality !!!! To get next one in… Very poor service , she rushed and done in just over 30 minutes

Jessica Edwards I had may nails done here on 1/11/24. I should’ve turned around and walked out when I realized it was no longer under the same management as when I used to go there all the time. I live out of town and haven’t had my nails done in a long time, so it was supposed to be a treat for me. The girl could absolutely not understand what I was telling her that I wanted, and all I was asking for was a manicure with pearl tips instead of the white French tips. I’ve had this done literally so many times and never had an issue with someone not knowing what I meant. So I finally give up and just tell her we can do the french tips. She just sticks on the tips that are meant to be painted over and proceeds to put acrylic over them. When she started shaping and filing them it was really hurting the sides of my nail beds and I couldn’t understand why, but later it was evident that she had filed down into my nail bed on the sides. And then she cut me twice with the drilling file. I was just trying to give her the benefit of the doubt and trust the process. She then begins to paint white on the tips and it looked terrible because you could see where she glued the nail tip onto my nail. So I just asked her to take it off and just paint over it clear. I just wanted something natural looking because I don’t paint my nails with color for religious reasons. ANYWAY, she is just kind of disregarding what I’m saying at this point and it ended up being pink…. I finally was just over it and let her finish and left. I made it to rayville and stopped at the nail place there and just let them soak them off. My finger tips have been in so much pain and have been bleeding at the nail bed. I’m so sad that MY nail place has gotten this bad. This used to be a really awesome place, but clearly the people that are there now just kind of do what they want.

Kira Williams First time coming here, initially I came because of the good reviews, but I received the opposite in service. The men in the front were nice. I’m very specific about my brows and I asked the lady for a clean up and arched brows but not too thin. I kept telling her what I want her to fix and she wouldn’t do it. She didn’t want to go back over them and wax them in the areas I pointed to and took too much on my left brow at the top. I’m walking out with uneven brows and nothing that I asked for was done. I had to go to another shop to get them fixed. I will not be returning.

Emily Phillips Ms.Kim did my daughters nails, not only did she do an amazing job on her nails, she was very kind and patient with her. She made suggestions per request, and was able to copy a nail design request perfectly. Thank you Ms.Kim for both your technical skills and interpersonal skills! Will definitely return to California Nails to see Ms.Kim soon.

Keeley Parham I am not one to complain but this is ridiculous! It looks like a five year old did my nails! I would have been better off going to the dollar store and doing them myself! I went back in after I left to try and get them fixed and they tried to give me the same lady that did them the first time to fix them so I left!
