4 /5 Butch Davis: Bill is the owners name and he is the lead mechanic on all the vehicles. Bill answers the phone when you call and answers your questions . I have has several dealings with Bill and he has repaired my vehicle each time. Bill is honest and trustworthy and is a straight shooter. He does not try to take advantage of you and tells exactly what thonks the problem is and how much the parts are and how much the labor will be. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the place of business is not the best looking place,however what the building and facility lacks in,Bill makes up for! I would recommend Bills bug clinic to anyone and everyone

5 /5 Carrol Clark: Best automotive service in Lake Charles, LA I took my 2010 Nissan Altima in for engine repair. Mr. Bill explained the service I needed. Gave me a date it would be ready and it was. Reasonably and fair priced service. He and his assistant are great!
