I was in town for one day, but had an incident on the way. My service consultant, Angel worked well with me, she always communicated with me via phone and text. She kept me up to date on all progress of my car. Even when she didnt like something about the work or when they ran into an issue, she was honest and informative. I live in Houston and my car was in Shreveport, and Caliber worked with me on available days to come pick it up. I had a great experience with Caliber in Bossier City. Hoping not to see them soon, but would definitely be my first choice if so.

Lauren Simmons: I will only take my car to Shreve Cirty Car Care from now on! I moved to Shreveport by myself and when my radiator cracked I was terrified because I dont have family anywhere nearby. Shreve City Car Care got my car in the next morning and just a few hours later I got the call that it was finished! My dad is a mechanic so he did all the business talk with them (via phone) and even he told me these gentlemen are good and honest mechanics with great pricing! Bruno L.: I have to share how amazing Lincoln and his shop are. I was stranded there on a Sunday afternoon, on my way back to Texas. Lincoln diagnosed and fixed the issue as soon as he could, and was so kind about it-- he actually didnt charge me, despite my willingness to pay. It was a minor (but urgent) fix, but still, dont expect him to just work for free haha. There arent that many people out there, much less mechanics, who would be so generous and helpful to someone stranded from out-of-town. It goes without saying that Lincoln was very competent, and my 200-mile drive home was uneventful thanks to him. :) I would gladly go back to L&G, and Ive recommended Lincoln to my friends in Shreveport. The only downside is that he isnt closer to me in Texas!

Not to mention their unprofessional and rude attitudes. I was given an insane price for a small repair and I went right to another shop nearby and got it taken care of…SUMMER GROVE AUTO almost cheated me out of $700.00 for a repair that cost $200.00 and took less than 1 hour to do. I RECOMMEND LOOKING FURTHER SO YOU WONT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF !!!!!! NO STARS !!

Steve Creech: Its rare to find a foreign car repair shop that doesnt overcharge or take advantage, but I can say when we drop my wifes Mercedes off, I have trust that the repairs and service will be correct, appropriate, and cheaper than the dealership! I always have to drool over the exclusive cars I find here, and Im amazed by the diversity. Of course there are European fine cars, but I have also witnessed American cars being serviced, usually rare models requiring expert mechanics. Today, there was an AC Cobra motor sitting in a corner, awaiting installation ("Hes got to buy the car first" I was told), an early square body Bronco was up on a lift next to a Plymouth Prowler. A Ferrari was in another corner, waiting its turn, and that was just inside the shop! The parking lot was full of exotic machinery, from a Corsa Corvair to several Porches, and I suspect the owners Maserati (drool). No, they are not a cheap shop, but the quality of the work is worth every penny. I highly recommend them.
