Nails Couture - Harahan Katie Kiefer Tillery: This is the BEST pedicure place I have been to in the New Orleans metro area. Been going here for years and the service is consistent. "Sweet Tea" is one of the workers and his name is very appropriate. He is so sweet and cares for your nails as if he knows you on a personal level. Clean, quick if you are in a rush, or chill and relax if you have time! My favorite place!
